Decent make up crappy ingredients
It’s okay. It’s matte so it’s totally flat color and unlike the description it makes my face feel rather dry like cheapy cheap makeup I like a little shimmer usually but wanted to try this …. I wouldn’t buy it again I’ve heard good things about other products of theirs I would be willing to try something else later.

Not quite olive friendly
I always hope that more expensive brands lean slightly more olive, but alas they don't. This one was no exception, but I pretty much expected that. It is pretty neutral however. I am a fair/light olive and my shade match is Essence Pretty Natural foundation in Neutral Vanilla for reference. It did feel very smooth compared to other finishing type of powders I've tried like Tarte for example. I absolutely see myself using the contouring side because it looks a lot less intimidating and not as harsh on my skin. For $60, it's not a bad deal considering it would put each shade at $15 each if you plan on using all of the shades. Most average between $20-30.

The powder is fine and silky, just needs to be darker, more pigment for medium skin.
I cannot get these colors to register/show up/be visible on my skin. I think the lighter color palette is for a pale, pale lady if it is to contour. The darker set is better but still not as worth the money as Terry's other products, which are so lovely. I have the tinted moisturizer, which is pricy but very pretty. The BB creams I just got a match at a price with other Terry products, so there might be an overlap of brands here. All around $44. and they are lovely!I love mixing colors to get my personalized match. I have two colors, a light and a dark, to comingle, which works great! I hardly look like I am wearing foundation but have a polished look. These products contain lovely and healthy, conscientious ingredients. The effects are long-lasting but will be removed with creams and oils if you want. Some less moist removers as well. The related (I think) CC cream feels like baby skin on my face, like all the others. This brand is pricey for a reason; I agree with the price point in most cases.Enjoy!

Works well as a bronzer palette for pale skin tones
I got the medium to warm palette to use as a bronzer palette. I like that I can customize a bronzer shade depending on how tan I am. This palette is definitely on the warm side, it can look a little orange on me which is why I knocked off a star. However, the powders are incredibly smooth and easy to blend, making this palette super fun to play with.

Fair to medium is a litter color than expected
This hyaluronic hydra powder four shade contour palette from Terry in fair to medium is a lot lighter than I expected it to be, colors on a monitor are hard to really see the actual color. This is a very nice set but sadly it is way too light for me and I would say that my skin tone is a light medium tone. The powders are very nice, I just wish I had ordered the next darker color.

Recommend the medium to dark pallets even for light skin!
Not very pigmented. I have to use a lot of product for the bronze to barely show up on my face. I have light skin but I think the medium to dark palate would have suited me better and been more noticeable on my face. The powder does apply smoothly and flawlessly. It also blends well.

Very Useful
I've been using this By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder Palette | 4-Shade Contour Palette every day. I can decide which shade of powder is best for each part of my face, depending on the style of makeup I wish to achieve. I've found that the By Terry powder manages to make my makeup stay put--especially the undereye concealer, which is no small feat--but also remain pretty invisible, which makes it a spectacular choice.I have the fair palette, which matches my skin closely. I've found that using the palest two colors creates an invisible powder to seal my undereyes, and then using a combination of powders for the rest of my face will lightly contour my makeup and set it. I only brush it on lightly with an extremely fluffy brush, with the exception of my undereye concealer, for which I use a small (but pretty fluffy) brush. I was walking around in heat that was over ninety degrees, and my makeup Did. Not. Budge. after I used this powder. However, my makeup didn't look caked on, either. This powder is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Didn’t love the way it sat on my skin, works best on fair skin tones
I do not love the way this product sits on my skin, I like a very natural “skin-like” finish (please ignore my messy hair in the photos 😆 and this seemed less natural than my preferred finish. I am in my 40s and have lots of imperfections but also don’t feel like tons of makeup or layers makes me look any younger. I will say that my teenage-ish daughter has a much fairer complexion than I do and I feel like this palette works so much better on her without making her look overdone in any way. I don’t necessarily dislike this palette but I love playing with makeup and skincare products and this is just not a favorite of mine.

Ideal For Pale Skin
As someone who is very pale, this palette was ideal for me. I found that it did have a matte effect on my skin. I brushed a thin layer on after applying foundation. This absolutely took the shine away. It does last for most of the day. If you are more medium skin tone or even have olive skin, this palette probably will not be what you are looking for.

Nice as powders, not for contouring
I chose N1. FAIR TO MEDIUM since I'm fair/cool. These are very finely-milled powders and great for just using them as face powder, but as far as contouring, these wouldn't show up. I am using the darkest shade as a neutral/light blush and very happy with this palette used in this regard. But as contouring, no.

Ultra lightweight powder
This is a beautiful palette of setting powders! I love it for setting my under-eyes without a cakey or noticeable texture. They are all incredible smoothing powders which give the skin a "set" appearance but no flat texture. It would be a great complexion product for bridal makeup. There is no product kick-up or excess dustiness in the pan. I love this palette and I know I'll get tons of use out of it.

Colors will not work for everyone
As an ultra fair person this is great, I just can't imagine it working for someone with medium skin at all. The bottom two shades I thought I could use as a contour but they were too warm toned and ended up looking muddy and orange on my cheeks. The top two shades however were perfect for setting and toning down some of the discoloration I had around my eyes. This formula feels slightly chalkier than their other setting powders and needed to be set with a damp sponge and setting spray to melt better into the skin.

Not for me.
This is the second product by this brand that I've tried. I thought it looked like a nice set with the different shades. I don't use a lot of powder except if I need to set the under eye or take away a little shine. While the texture and feel is nice, I didn't see any difference between each pan. The deepest is most definitely not a contour at all, its too brown. Maybe as a bronzer. There was also no direction on what each was intended for, I had to go look it up on YouTube. I like that they're all matte but otherwise I wasn't impressed. When I used a little on top of concealer under the eye, I saw creases and it accentuated my fine lines. I think tapping some setting spray with a beauty blender is much more effective. Interesting to try but not really my thing. I much prefer the Maybelline or physicians formula banana powder. Better formula and more affordable.

Nice and light
I like this contour palette because the colors go on light. Some contour colors are really obvious, especially with pale skin, but I can use these colors without looking like I have dark streaks on my face. They blend well and don’t look blotchy. Very nice contour palette.
