Tough finish
Excellent product. Shipped and packed well.A little difficult to remove lid from product. The paint seals the lid to the can, so I have confidence in its ability to adhere to metal on truck. Used brush and roller, went on nice and even, leveled and flowed excellent. Its easy to put too much on, a light first coat followed by a heavier second coat,After a week very hard coating. Ill be using again on some rusty brackets...

Go-to Product for years!
This product makes a good attack on rusty metal. READ & FOLLOW all directions very carefully! Take special care when opening can and scooping out enough for each coat not to spill ONE DROP on edge! If so, wipe off immediately! When sealing for short periods, use double layer of sturdy plastic wrap between lid and can. When sealing for longer periods, pour thin layer of S8 Reducer on surface and store upright in several zip seal bags. If 2nd coat applied more than an hour after, make sure to lightly rough up 1st coat with sandpaper. Always wear disposable gloves and guard against drips down arms or on face when painting underside of vehicles.

Amazing Finish!
Not optimistic about its protection of the underside of mower-deck, but my decks all failed from the top due to debris inaccessible for removal. Coated a deck on both-side to see what happens.Traditional paint-cans are unsuitable for storing partial contents. Next time will pour leftover coating into a screw-top container, carefully protecting the threads. And perhaps grease the threads.

Flows great and is very tuff when dry
Flows great and is very tuff when dry. I always topcoat for extra protection and washability. Good products are not inexpensive but I've built and rebuilt cars for over 50 years and believe in this product. Older applications are holding extremely well. Nothing is 100% in all categories but this is as good as I have found for auto restoration. I've used Por 15 also but it never seems to be as consistent out of the can and it's difficult to keep a partial can usable - even if sealed and bagged.

Chassis Saver is just awesome! I've used the gloss black and silver aluminum on a Jeepster that I'm rebuilding. I the silver aluminum as a primer before installing Monstaliner in the bed, and I liked the silver finish so much that I painted my bumpers with it, too. Even after sitting out in sunlight, the silver aluminum does not get too hot to touch and does not fade much. Next up, I'll be coating my hard top with it.

Good paint
Looks great and I’ve heard good things. One quart was enough for two coats on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and a little left over. There’s some weird bubble spots but maybe I didn’t clean it well enough.
