seems ok. i only took 2 per day. when i tried to take 4 per day, i got wheezing. so i stayed with 2 per day, and bottle is almost finished. probably wont repeat as there's other products to try.

Taking 2x/day along with Manuka Honey nasal spray for 2 weeks for what appeared to be chronic sinusitis.
