I was initially drawn to the price of this product yet skeptical that it was so cheap. After reading the many positive reviews I decided to purchase it. Basically, you get what you pay for. I love the look and the feel of the case possibly even more than any other charging case I've tried, and that includes the one by Apple. However, it isn't very reliable. You have to plug it in a certain way for it to charge and it sometimes stops charging while it is plugged in for no reason. This is bothersome because if I am going to sleep and want to leave my phone and case in the charger, I just have to hope that it actually charges overnight. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who isn't looking to spend too much but also understands that they're getting what they're paying for as far as consistency and reliability in a charger.

I really liked my new case when I got it the first case was not working properly. But as soon as I contacted them and let them know they sent me a new case within a week and is working perfectly. Thank you for your customer service and replacing my product it works great now I never have to worry about my battery died when I'm on the road with my kids

Product doesn't charge properly and cable will not seat properly in case. You can tell the item I received was already used by someone else. This was likely one that another customer returned due to similar issues. Guess I should've trusted the negative reviews.

Easy to use

It's an ok device but you have to charge it using a different charger than your iPhone. Not slim design and is heavy

I really like this case. The only things are it takes a long time to charge up and I was a tad bit disappointed that when the case is one I can't listen to music with headphones, So I have to take the case off when I'm listening to music l.

I had this case for 2 weeks. It no longer holds a charge. They are not easy to contact. If you lose the charger cord, you have to buy a new case. Total waste of money.
