So I went a little rogue, and instead of just listing "state A to state B," I included the cities where my partner and I live respectively to see if I could specify and made sure to specify the first state before the second- thank God for the freeform box instead of a drop down list! (For fellow Californians like me, you know it would be weird to have a heart in SoCal when you live up North...) They arrived today and the location of the hearts are perfect! The states also seems appropriately scaled in relation to each other so they make sense! (But I can only imagine a Texas to Rhode Island lol) I can tell these keychains were made just for me! My key chains arrived QUICK, like, almost Prime shipping quick! ( Maybe one day more??? ) And for something customized, that is an AMAZING response time. Whoever runs this business really cares!!!! FYI, I am in no way shape of form affiliated with this producer or offered any incentive to post a review (I am actually the type to read all positive reviews with heavy skepticism), but my cynical *** is literally just blown away by my experience and compelled to let the world know. Absolutely awesome! I can't wait to mail out my partners keychain tomorrow. Side note, they are not flimsy little tinfoil garbage either! I tried to bend my California and got a solid amount of resistance so I feel like the keychains are sturdy and don't have to be treated super delicately. In spite of that, they are also nice and lightweight and won't destroy my ignition by weighing down my keys. Wish I knew more people in LDRs to hype these up to.

I got this as a gift to my husband when we were in different cities. While this is a well thought item, it was a bit pricey, given the end product. The size was smaller than expected, and the material was very thin. Could easily bend it by hand.

Loved this! My boyfriend and I will be closing the distance within the week and I decided to get us these as a gift and a reminder of how we've overcome the odds. They were beautiful and the packaging was so cute! It felt so much more personal to see it in the cute little draw string bag than just a product sitting in an envelope. My only complaint is that the sizes of the charms themselves were a bit silly. I got Tennessee and Florida, my Keychain (TN) was hilariously bigger than his as on a topographical map its quite the opposite. It'd probably be better if they made the sizes more accurate or better yet make them all the same size but that's just my two cents. My only complaint really is that it's a little bit pricey given the material, but the unique personalization of the cities and what not make it a bit more understandable. My only real complaint is just the price but aside from that I think this is such a beautiful gift for any long distance couple and if you got some extra money its so worth it!

I like the product overall. The idea behind is amazing and I love the sentiment behind it.I'm just not a fan of how thin the metal is. It's far too expensive to be paying for something so thin. I hope it holds up. I gave my mom the Massachusetts one so I really hope that Cape Cod (the "tail") doesnt snap off or something. I also have the New York one and I really hope that doesnt break either.I was able to have the hearts in the locations we live in which was actually awesome. My papers live in western upstate ny so it was really nice to have the heart in that area versus in Albany or something not even close to where they live.

LOVE these keychains. I go to a university and have a few really close friends that live far away so when one of them was graduating I bought a set of these keychains. They were sweet and simple and a very cute way to show her that despite the distance between us I'll always be here. Can't wait to buy these in the future for other friends!!

these were adorable and exactly as ordered.My boyfriend loved them.They are on the thin side and not super durable for rough use, but nice for light use or hanging from a rear-view mirror, etc.

Washington doesn't look like Washington. The wgole Puget Sound is missing.
