Cosmetic Brushes, Set of 10 in a Gift Box, Silky Soft Toothbrush Shape Oval Makeup Brush

I have been enjoying using those brushes since the set was delivered last Saturday. I love the soft and gentle touch of the bristles against my skin. I was not sure if I wanted to use one of the brushes for liquid foundation. What a pleasant surprise it was! Felt good and looked good! I use one of the linear brushes for my brows because it works so very smoothly and easily. I haven't explored all of the brushes yet but I can't wait to use more of them, especially for the special occasions such as weddings and parties. Because of the attractive gift box, it will be a first choice as a gift to my female friends when the occasion arises. On Monday, I am planing to show the set off to my friends at the office. :-)

The Penn Cove cosmetic brushes are a fabulous buy! My wife ordered these and wrote this review because she was so taken with the set. "The first impression is elegance: the packaging is high quality. After receiving it, I decided to give it to my niece as a gift because it was so beautiful. She is 16, and now says she is "obsessed with these brushes." The description doesn't adequately describe the velvety soft, full feel of the brushes. It feels almost like fur; and really makes a smooth application of either powder or liquid. We tried both. The quality is excellent. I am putting this on my "go to" list for impressive gifts for my friends and relatives. I love this product."

I am delighted with the set of brushes. They all work well, but I must say that the foundation blends especially well into my wrinkles to minimize them! It also uses less than when rubbing it in with fingers. It feels really good on the skin so it's like giving my face a massage every day. The handles have some "give" -- not just a stiff straight handle, but soft and fits well in the hand. It is packaged nicely in a gift box and hidden under the brushes is a plastic storage/carrying case. None of the bristles have fallen out and my "brush bath" solution cleans them well. These brushes will serve me well for a long time.

This is my 2nd set of makeup brushes and this set is far superior to my last set. This makeup brush set comes in a set of 10 brushes. The brushes themselves are very full and very soft and silky. With the brushes being so full I have found that I actually use less makeup. The handles are very smooth and flexible, allowing the bristles to get into every nook and cranny. They are an oval shaped brush. These brushes can be used with powders and liquids.This is the only set of makeup brushes you will need from foundations with the largest brush to highlighters and blushes to eye shadow and all the way to lip sticks and glosses with the smallest brush. These brushes are very easy to care for and they come with a storage bag which also makes it very easy for the girl on the go to travel with. I love that these makeup brushes come with a description of how to use each brush on the back of the box. I really like that the storage bag is a thicker clear plastic to protect them and the design of the bag allows them to stand up or you can lay it down.

I bought the set as a gift to my sister. The box is very artistic and beautiful, and when I opened the box and saw beautiful brushes, I decided to keep the set for my self.(don't worry, I'll buy another set for my sister.) Th qiuility of the brushes are beyand my expectation. I've had many different brushes before but this is the softest brushes I've ever used; they glide across your skin like velvet! Brush carry case could be little larger but I can put brushes inside. I plan to use this carry case when I go visit my family next month.

I was a little skeptical that one could put liquid makeup on a brush to apply to one's face, as well as skeptical that any brush would be better than another. Was I in for a great surprise! Makeup goes on so much more evenly without using as much - and it looks great! Hey, I'm 68 and I can see an improvement. Honestly, it isn't huge, but even a little improvement is a blessing. I'm still playing with which brush size works best for a particular product, but am enjoying the process.

Beautiful Brushes. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my makeup brushes. The material on the brushes are made from a really soft material that makes applying makeup easy and goes on smoothly. The package is really beautiful and makes a very nice gift for all ages.

My friend who has thoroughly tested them reports that this set of brushes works great to apply eye shadow, powder or liquid foundation as well as for contouring and highlighting. The brushes have a great combination of density and softness. And shedding is not a problem.The 10 pieces provide a useful mix of oval, round and linear brushes in a range of sizes. They spread cosmetics quite smoothly, so getting “made up” takes less time. I can attest that the results are excellent, and when I examined the brushes I was impressed with the quality.
