Absolutely love my white Booty Lifter! It is another great find for my home gym. It has a sleek look and is easy to fold and store after each use or leave it up. This is an effective alternative to doing hip bridge exercises on a mat. I recommend this to any one with a home gym or looking to add something new to your workout routine!

I received this item and the board was a little scratched. It seems sturdy though. The back rest isn't as wide as what the Booty Sprout seems to have. So you can't just rest your arms on the back rest like in the Booty Sprout videos. I think that's my only issue but it was cheaper to ship to my house so that's why I chose it over the Booty Sprout. Also, the two resistance bands that come with it aren't enough. They should make extra available or send it with more. I ordered an extra one from Booty Sprout. I hope it fits.
