Beautiful Waterfall and it makes me feel relaxed
Very easy to assemble and the seller reached out to me proactively on setup and was very responsive to questions. Aside from some very mild splashing when the atomizer is in use it works great! And it looks even better. I love it!

Great for look, not for water sounds. Overall nice
If you’re looking for something to have the sound or running water, this is not for you. Otherwise, it works fine. Very slight humming noise in background, but barely noticeable…very pretty and is roughly a foot tall. I placed a few rocks in it for athletics. Needs water added to it every two days or so. You will know when you hear the pump get a little louder.

Love this! Great Seller Too!
Love the fountain! Instructions were poor but it’s pretty straightforward setting it up. There are some tricks to it, however. The photo of the mister on the box is slightly different than the one you receive. (photo on the box has a cone piece in the center) I thought mine was missing that piece. I also had issues getting it to work. The fountain itself only requires water to submerge the pump to work, but when you place the mister in the circular area where it seats, the water level is too low for it to work. The lights will just keep flashing with no mist. I thought it was a defect and mentioned to the seller that it could be the missing cone piece, and he offered to ship me a replacement fountain; but then common sense kicked in. You have to raise the water level even more to submerge the top spout of the mister. After I figured out it was a user error on my part, I notified him that a replacement wasn’t necessary, but he insisted! Great customer service! With that said, if you want to turn off the mister and simply run the fountain only, you need to remove some of the water; otherwise it will flood out of the back. It does make a mess, so I bought an 18”x24” kitchen dish drying mat to put under it. Great product, and hopefully these tricks will help others.

Terrible design and spews water EVERYWHERE!
So the seller wrote me an email before we received the shipment. I give him a bit of credit for that. I also give credit to him for selling the same product as other sellers but at a lower price. If you feel pretty sure you might want this, then I think this is a good seller to do business with. Having acknowledged that nice gesture, let me join the other one stars here. The product is a great design idea but the implementation of it is terrible. First and most important, the atomizer is WAY TOO POWERFUL for such a small bowl. It spews water everywhere but especially in front. And it’s immediate too! Start it up and within 5 seconds the area in front of the bowl is drenched. You can read all these reviews but you cannot imagine how much and how quickly the water spews out. I was shocked. The atomizer that makes the fog also includes the lighting. The wire that connects both objects to power is in clear view if you look in the bowl. Bad design. It also requires two wall sockets to power it all up. It feels like somebody just took a bunch of random objects and threw them together to create this product. All that said, the wife wants to keep it. We’ve pulled the atomizer out so we also lost the lights. We only have the running brook now and it doesn’t make enough noise to really fill the room with the sounds of bubbling water. Oh well. So, in my view, what’s the point? If it were mine, it would already be in the return mail.

Looks good but very wet
Looks good and works well but make sure you put a large towel under the unit because it gets really wet !!! Everything works great though. I wouldn’t get another one .

Serene and very aesthetic
Easy to assemble and very soothing. The brightness isn’t so much that it’s a problem, but still illuminates my office space more than enough. I did place small pebbles and moss to quiet the sound a little and better control the splash, which also makes the fountain even more beautiful! I was a little bummed when I received the package as it was damaged from being mishandled and had cracked the wooden base and caused one of the feet to come off. I was hoping it’d be okay, but the weight of the ceramic bowls after having it a few days caused the crack to spread more and I became worried about the products structural Integrity. I reached out to the seller and they responded very quickly and are sending out a new one for me. I’m super grateful!
