Finally a World Class Gaming Headphone
Finally a World Class Gaming headphone! These are great. They sound fantastic and have gotten compliments on how I sound on the MIC. I also love that they provide a PREMIUM Cable alternative (no Mic on it) so the headphones can double as a pair of audiophile headphones. I’ve always been frustrated by gaming headsets because I find they’re always missing something. Look no further, these are solid in every regard. Are they expensive? Yeah somewhat, but they sound as good as headphones I’ve spent $1200 on and they have a mic as well. There’s a reason they have that price tag. Because unlike other gaming headsets these don;t leave me feeling like something is missing. If you decide to buy these you will enjoy them.

Sound quality is amazing but build quality is poor for the price of these headphones
On the first day of using my headphones, I experienced a malfunction. While casually putting them on and off, I noticed that the rods had snapped. Apart from the subpar build quality, the sound quality is exceptional. However, the microphone quality is not satisfactory, which detracts from the overall value of the headphones considering their high price point.

Audio is Amazing
With a good Amp, this is amazing. Pricey, but if you have the money and set up, worth it.

Over engineered beautiful sounding piece of garbage
These are hands down the most beautiful sounding headphones I have ever had in my entire life. I do not have an audiophiles vocabulary to work with but here has been my experience. When listening to classical, you don't hear "violins" you hear the violin section. You hear many violins making up the greater sound of the violin section. When playing multiplayer games there's no doubt where someone is. It's no longer "They are over there somewhere", it became "They are right there on the other side of that wall moving east". The clarity is insane.Music is richer, gaming is crisper. These however are also the most overpriced pieces of crap I have ever owned and I would never ever ever buy another pair or recommend someone buy a pair. They are VASTLY over engineered, and I do not understand why. There are so many screws and spinny bits all over these things that the points of failure are incalculable. The leather strap that is supposed to go between your head and the steel band is too long. So the back of the steel band ends up laying directly on the leather band and pressing directly into your head. It hurts. Flat out hurts. I have replaced the leather band in the hopes that the one mine came with had worn out. No such luck. The headphones themselves have a tendency to press forward, which is also a point of pressure. This is also due to the vastly over engineered design of the headphones. The armature is just all weird and "gamer-ey" and I think it's the angles on that that are causing the issues. The left one has a lot more play in rotation than the right so sometimes it is able to roll completely forward and off the ear. Super annoying. The left headphone cushion had already fully collapsed after owning them for around a year. Just had to replace those.I have replaced the leather strap and the headphone cushions. This has cost me about $200 on a $900 pair of headphones. That is not okay, and I kinda feel like an idiot for paying that much. They also really do sound that good, lol.

Best headset for gaming I've used
This gaming headset is truly an incredible product. The sound is amazing. I run it using the ifi zen stack. (The dac and amp). You get amazing bass response when turning the xbass on the amp on. The lows, mids, and highs are insanely crystal clear. I've been buying countless headsets because I never found that perfect headset that I was looking for. I always buy high end gaming headsets but just never could cut it with what I was looking for. So I finally decided to spend a little more money to see what I could get. I love audeze products so I stuck with audeze. This headset has the biggest drivers I've had in a headset. Wasn't sure if I'd like open back and didn't know what to expect but I'm very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend. I don't use the mic tho so I haven't tried that out

Headphones barely work
The microphone does not work and the audio barely works only after a few months of use. I have tried troubleshooting the product and called Audeze during business hours and otherwise, many times leaving voicemails, and have never received an answer or call back. There is a one-year warranty, but I am so frustrated at this point I am just returning them for a refund. Amazon informed me that they are deducting over $100 from the refund, so I lost money on super-premium headphones that never really worked. Super frustrating I recommend avoiding this product.

Probably not worth the money but I love them.

Incredibly uncomfortable
Audio quality isn't bad. However the economics of this headset do not make sense. The metal headband is strong and the headband/speaker connected brackets are aggressively angled inward forcing the speaker muffs to be completely against each other in their natural state. To pull them apart to accommodate your head leaves you with a ton of squezing pressure that hurts the jaw/side face after just 30 mins. There is no way to adjust around this. Its simply a poor design. For comparison, I started with a pair of openback audio technicas that I was hoping to upgrade for better audio quality on a headset like a pair of non-mic'ed focal utopias I recently acquired and love. However the audeze barely improve audio over the audio technicas and are nowhere near as comfortable as the technicas or focal.I will be returning the audeze after trying to make them work comfortably for a week.
