My sons are 6 feet tall and one weighs 130 (he’s extremely thin) and the other 145 lbs. the small fits them both perfectly. The small coats allow enough room in this size for a sport coat or sweater underneath. If I had to guess a size for your height and weight I think I’d purchase the extra small. I hope this helps.
