Layla's Big Bass

Such a cute book! My granddaughter loved it!!

Great book for the young girl angler.

My 2 year old daughter loves this book. This has a lot of good information about the basics of bass fishing so I am looking forward to explaining them to her as she grows up. I also like the fact that Dave Mercer has cameo appearance at the end. The only thing I did not like about it was that BASS (as opposed to the author/illustrator) edited to replace logos from BASS to Bassmaster. Better fix it in future prints!

The media could not be loaded.  This book is beautifully illustrated, diverse, and well thought out. My daughter is 2 year old and loves to fish with her family, so much so I love to find books that encourage her to continue. This is the only book I know of that encourages girls to fish and it does it so well. I SO hope for an entire series or at least more books to come.

Our daughter's name is Layla and she was so excited to see a book with her name on it and loved that it was a about fishing.

So cute. I bought this book for a baby shower. It was a big hit. Both the new Mom and Dad enjoy fishing.

This is basically just a commercial for bass master and it's not much of a story book. I like that it's a female main character, but it's definitely not the cute story book I thought the kids would love.

My daughter loves her book. Well written and a perfect bedtime story.
