I LOVE this vacuum ! Runs circles around my KIRBY
I know people say they never do reviews. I Really never do reviews and I sometimes feel very guilty because I read so many of others. I think about it but it takes a long time to write a thorough review that will really help someone decide if a product is right for them. But I feel very strongly about this product. I bought this cordless vacuum because of the reviews and because I have 2 WYZE cameras, took a chance on them and bought first one in 2019. Was only $20, come on is it really as good as the reviews say ? The camera exceeded my expectations then and it has only gotten better with functionality updates. I just bought a different newer Wyze camera for another area and have been just as happy. The original one is still doing its job. I feel like they are invested in their products. In my opinion they put a great deal of thought and innovation into their designs and I am really happy that they were able to hang on during Covid.I've owned a Kirby for many years, did a trade in 2 years ago for a newer model. It's cumbersome to pull out for a quick pass, even with the assisted drive it is still heavy to hold and maneuver around. I had been looking for a lightweight stick vacuum that was easy to pull out and do a quick run through downstairs every day or few days to pick up the dog hair. A lot of time invested to look at a LOT of them, read the reviews with a filter and wasn't thrilled with any of them. Then I fell and have a massive rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. Now the stick vacuum became much more urgent. The Kirby is just too much for my shoulder, esp to haul upstairs. So after reading the reviews for the Wyze cordless I decided to take a chance with Wyze. I have been more than overjoyed. Not only is it lightweight it is so easy to maneuver around. All the accessories are so easy to remove and put on. The dirt cup and hepa filter are easy to remove although I do have to agree with others that even though it has a hepa filter, opening it over a waste can dirt dust escapes and a bit messy but I'm just careful and I have soap and water to wash my hands, it is not a deterrent for me. I'd rather that those little particles stay contained inside and are not blown out into the air. I love that you can wash the dirt cup and the filter, I bought extra filters but after washing and drying the filter completely it looks brand new, now I will always have a clean dry one ready to go. I also like the dial that scrapes the dirt off the filter without needing to remove and do by hand. I have used the Kirby regularly with the power brush on the area rug in the LR which is a hand made rug from India. Right before I received the Wyze cordless and with my torn rotator cuff :-( 1. I vacuumed the living room area rug really well with the Kirby 2. I used the Kirby to shampoo the rug 3. I vacuumed the rug with the Kirby again. I got a lot of dog hair, dirt and dust out of the carpet. I wanted to start with a clean rug. Ha! I received the Wyze 2 days later. I vacuumed the same rug. I used Turbo mode because I wanted to see what it could do. OMG I could not believe the amount of dirt and dog hair that it pulled out of the rug. It's a 10.5 x 7.5 rug, I had to stop in the middle to empty the dirt cup. This what the Kirby left behind even after vacuum, shampoo and vacuum? I was appalled. I paid $100 for the Wyze on sale, I paid $800 for the Kirby. Needless to say I am very happy with the suction and brush. The turbo mode does suck the battery but I can do the entire rug and the hallway runner before it runs out and I don't have to use Turbo all the time. Otherwise the run time is fine with me, I know what I can do with the time I have and know I can easily do a quick run through to get the dog hair and dog paw dirt and have battery left over. And my shoulder is very very happy. The Kirby has a motorized brush that I have used for my stairs with a carpeted runner in the middle and a couple scatter rugs that have a raised pattern. I've also tried the floor brush on the stairs. They both take a lot of effort and multiple passes to get all the dog hair and dust plus moving the Kirby from the bottom to the landing and then to the top of the stairs to do them all and down again. Grrr I can break it down and remove the handle but more work than it is worth. It also takes a lot of effort and multiple passes using the kirby motorized brush to get the scatter rugs with the raised pattern clean. The Wyze was easy to carry up the stairs and vacuum as I go because it is so light even when avoiding using my shoulder to hold or lift. The motorized brush cleaned each stair with just one pass and cleaned the raised pattern rugs with one pass as well. The back of the stairs where the rug meets the rise of the stair is hard for any vacuum brush to get into. I have a small brush I always use to do a quick pass on the stairs to pull it out from the rise, less time and effort..People have mentioned that it feels cheap, like it will break easily and compared to the Kirby that would be true. However I have owned a Swivel Sweeper for probably 20 years. I think it cost $20. It also feels cheap and like it will break easily. But it never has. It does a great job on wood floors, easy to scoot around, lies flat under beds but is not so great on the carpet. Plus I have worn out another battery but I'll buy another. A lot cheaper than the $800 Kirby. I also bought a Hover Pet Shampooer, one might say it is also cheap however it also does a much better job shampooing than the Kirby. Ha! Maybe I'll sell that Kirby and have more room in my broom closet.Even though I gave 5 stars on everything which IMO it deserves, I do have one annoyance. I don't like the way it hangs on the mount on the wall. I don't have a huge 'broom closet', it has closet maid shelving down one side and across the top, the Kirby has a mount that all accessories but the power brush fits into, it's a bit large but tucked into the corner and all is contained. All my other handled items hang on a bar on the back wall, pretty flat. It is very organized and I have made use of the space well to keep my sanity. However the Wyze cordless sticks out quite a way from the wall. I have not put the mount up yet, I really have only one place to hang it and it will be in the way of getting other things in and out of the closet. I am thinking about a DIY solution but have not given it a lot of thought yet.I've had the vacuum for over a month and I LOVE this vacuum. It sounds goofy but it has made life so much better, my shoulder is not being abused by the vacuum, 10 minutes of effort to pick up the previous days dog hair and paw dirt, Way More than the Kirby, one pass per stair, easy to carry upstairs and do a quick daily pass there. My allergies are better and it is healthier for the pup since he spends more time near the floor ... but probably as much time on the couch :-)

Very impressed!
People I know recommended me that brand, so I wanted to give it a try since it has been a while since my husband and I talked about getting a vacuum like this one.So far, I am really happy with it. The suction power is really good, the light on the head helps a lot (especially when you can't see much lol), it is easy to use and maneuver, light weight, easy to empty and switch heads for different usage.Suction is great on carpet (just not much on thick very fluffy ones), definitely works fine on every surface and get pets hair fine. There is 3 different option of power. I usually just use the middle one, the regular one. I tried the maxi power one time and the thing is that the battery goes down really fast with it.If you have a huge house to clean, it might be tight to do it with one charge but who knows? I do not have a huge house so I can't tell really 🤣Overall very happy with it.My only cons, I guess is that the wall support seems very weak, it is only a piece of plastic. I feel like it wouldn't hold well if I were to put it up on the wall, but I am probably just skeptical for no reason and should try still.

Seems to be a copy of a 1st Gen Dyson vacuum
This seems to be a copy of an early 1st Gen Dyson Vacuum. The suction is great, but the design is a 1st Gen, so there were improvements made that make the newer Dyson Models better. It's certainly much cheaper than a Dyson and works fine, but the O-Ring falls out too easily and a family member likely dropped it in the trash one night when emptying the canister. The replacement O-Ring should have been a cheap $2 if I could even order it, but it was always out of stock. I had to get someone to 3-D print a part and add a bump on the inner surface to make it more snug and not fall out.The charger is really, really slow, which is fine, since I finish using it before battery charge runs out. The total charge works great for at most 1000-1400 Square feet of carpet, but you should empty it out about halfway since the canister is small. Isn't quite enough for larger homes, unless you wish to separate it into a 2nd day or do half in the morning and the other half a few hours later. This is a great size for an apartment or small condo. If it weren't for the O-Ring issue, I would have given it 5 stars.
