A genuinely great kit with everything you need to sharpen knives. After discovering a great tutorial on YouTube these things sharpen knives incredibly well. I would heartily recomend buying this if you want insanely sharp knives.

I bought this whetstone after quite a bit of research, I had the options of buying a new knife or learning how to properly maintain and sharpen my existing knives. I won’t lie and say it’s easy to learn how to properly sharpen a blade but once you get the hang of it you can take basically any blade and make it like new again. My now 10 year old knife is razor sharp and feels brand new, purchasing a whetstone and a honing steel will genuinely make your life in the kitchen easier! This whetstone is great value and I can see it lasting For many years to come.

For the price, its good. In general, the stones are not great… the stones are labelled incorrectly for starters. The 3000 grit is actually the 400 grit. Also after sharpening 3 kitchen knives and 2 pocket knives, there are substantial grooves in the stones. You’d expect this after weeks, not 2 days. Does it do the job? Yes. Is it good for the price? Yes. Is it good in general? Not great. Ideal for beginners

Acheté récemment, l'ensemble est pratique, j'ai un doute sur les pierres mais par rapport à mon usage et vu le tarif c'est vraiment ok. Je trouve que cet ensemble est très adapté aux débutants et permet sans se ruiner d'avoir le minimum de survie. Le guide fourni est dispensable et effectivement YTube est votre meilleur support pour l'apprentissage.
