This is a very lovely yoga mat! I use mine at yoga class and other exercise classes that have us on the floor for stretch or weights or something. It seems to be the same length as my other yoga mats. It is definitely thicker than they are. The suede surface is not at all plastic-y so gripping seems to be slightly compromised. Slightly, because I have not slipped yet, and maybe wouldn’t, but I’m always trying to be careful during any workout. It is significantly WIDER than my other mats! I like that! And it always gets comments about how extremely lovely it is.

This yogat is hands down the BEST yoga mat I've ever owned and I've owned dozens. It's truly no slip. I have concrete floors and have been limited in some of the moves I've been able to do with other mats due to concern of slipping (which has happened and is very dangerous). This mat is non only non stick underneath but the top feux suede allowed me to grip without slipping even with sweaty hands. The extra thick pad is also great on the knees with concrete floors. It's gorgeous too! Love love love this mat! Highly recommend!

I do yoga 3x per week and I was looking for a mat that would be wide enough for child's pose and thick enough for my old knees and I found it!! I LOVE this mat! My hands don't slip either! HIGHLY recommended! AND the price is outstanding!! THANK YOU!!

I’m using it for the last month and enjoy very much the beautiful design. Nevertheless, it’s nonslip does not exist. The velvety surface does not create any friction so my feet cannot be fixed in place in critical positions 😌

This is a beautiful, soft, thick yoga mat. I have had many compliments on it. I love it sometimes. But I have told my cohorts in my yoga practices that it is the Slippery Suede Yoga Mat of Death. That if I go down on my face and break my neck, this is why. I have to be very careful on transitions or my hands or feet slide like they are on ice. I suppose it is non-slip for people who have sweaty hands and feet, those who go to hot yoga. If your hands do not sweat as a rule, be careful, rethink this option. Maybe I should spritz it with water before every class, I dunno. I have to step off for balancing poses. Too thick, ankles wobble. You also cannot wipe it down with a disinfecting wipe, so I fold it in half and then roll it - to the extent that it will roll. So it will not fit into the bag. But this way I am not rolling the dirt and germs of the floor onto the suede. Weird how I always, always see people wipe the front of their mats and then roll them up....do they not realize they just rolled the 'floor' onto the wiped side??

I got the butterfly style. I want to give it a 3 because it’s very dull... I’m painfully a girly girl when it comes to this type of thing. I chose this specifically to go with my decor, mostly so I can be lazy/ utilize it more and leave it out, just being honest.... Its a much duller color than advertised, perhaps the printer was running out orrrr perhaps whoever edited these photos darkened it up to show better, wouldn’t be the first or last time time I’m sure. I’ve attached a photo that is more realistic, however in real life and not fancy phone land it’s even more washed out. All that aside it doesn’t have a strong odor, though you can smell it up close, I know that will improve. It is niiice and thick and nice and wide for my big booty and hips. My mats have always been normal sized and I’ve always longer for more, lol. On another note this seems like a really great mat to use in a kitchen area or laundry room or whenever you have to stand and exhaust yourself. It truly seems like it was made for that.

The colours are very inaccurate and not at all as contrasting as the pictures depict. That said, it's a comfy mat, good thickness and size. A tad unwieldy when trying to get it back in the bag so I might end up using it without the bag, after all.
