Reviews are not for this product.
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and realized after I got it the back support brace reviews were for some kind of berry bowls? DECEPTIVE! Also on a product related note the adjustment straps are short so this is more suited to small framed persons. The description is DECEPTIVE for this back support brace.

How do you even use this thing?? Straight return
The instructions are absolute garbage and once your do figure it out on your own it’s IMPOSSIBLE to wear this without a NASCAR team worth of help, another Amazon product with a bunch of fake 5 stars

Useless.
The first time I put on the corrector, one of the loops holding the buckle tore loose; making the corrector useless.

Not for me.
Meant to be one-size fits all. Didnt fit me.Beware if you have a big chest. The straps aren't long enough for the velcro to connect.Even were it to fit, I cannot imagine how you are meant to put this on yourself unless you're a contortionist

Disappointed
I am really disappointed. I have dystonia which means my neck sticks out forward(like a turtle!) like the guy in the picture. Instructions are missing the part where you have to put it together to look like image for step 1 to put on like a back pack. After getting it to look like step 1 I tightened it and nope. Does not pull my shoulders back. If it wasn't meant to help postures like the man on the box they shouldn't put a pic on like that. The girl in their pic is leaning back, not being pulled by the corrector. I tightened it alot to try to pull my shoulders back but the tighter you get it the more it tightens under your armpits and hurts.(step 3) If you have lymphedema you might want to check with Dr first since it puts pressure under arm pits.(at least for me it does. I'm 5'2" 150lbs. ) I'm just disappointed because I want to look more normal and not hunched forward. They are going to say I have it on wrong. I don't.

Made for TINY People
I sit in front of a computer for 8-12 hours a day and am in physical therapy now because my shoulders have shifted too far forward causing some rather painful issues in my back. I bought the FIT4YOU Posture Corrector to help retrain me to sit up right. However, this gizmo was not built for men with wide shoulders. It took me 10 minutes just to get it on because the straps are too short for me to reach easily. After fiddling with it I figured out a way to get it on where I get the velcro attached to the front of the harness and put it on from over my head and wiggle into it. Once on, I can tighten the straps. For the record, I'm 5'9" 193 lbs and middle age. The center of the harness that goes down your back is about 3"-4" too short causing the straps to pinch under my arm pits. I'm sure this think would fit a slender woman, frail man, or kid. Universal size = Small.

Cuts off circulation to armpits
It's an inexpensive posture corrector, so it gets two starts. However, it cuts off your circulation to your arms. I would not recommend this product. There are many others that do not do this.

Doesn’t work for me
If I tightened up even to do what it is supposed to then the center back piece has risen so high it’s no longer effective. Maybe with a strap that goes around your chest it would work better.
