FlexsonS5-FS Floor Stand for Sonos Five - Each (Black)

Easy to assemble. Really nice heavyweight base that keeps the speaker planted solidly to the floor. Quality construction and a really well designed mount on top that grabs the speaker on five sides. A little more spends but worth the price. Solid metal components except for the three pieces that grab the top and sides of the speaker.

Very well made. Easy to put together. Holds the speaker snuggly and has great stability.I couldn’t imagine another product doing the job better.

I bought a pair for Sonos Five, the bottom plates are two plates fused together, on one of them, the plates were not fused right and they were separating, I called Flexson support to see if it is covered by warranty, Fabrisio picked up and explained that warranty only works if I bought it from them, and I have to deal with the seller, I said it is unfair for me to pay shipping back for something that they should cover, he went on to explain how if you buy something from amazon you cannot return to them, I said, I am not returning, I am calling you for warranty support, he went on an on repeating the same unrelated stuff telling me he does not like to be interrupted even though he is talking about unrelated stuff. when I asked for his name, he said, Peter Parker, now go deal with amazon and hung up. I called again, selected another department, and he picked up again and said his name Fabrisio. Horrible horrible human and support agent

Ordered two of these speakers as a stand for the Sonos 5's. The clamp on the speaker is exactly what is needed to keep the speaker fixed. However, the build and design are less to be desired.Some screws are so short that it is very hit and miss (i.e. when items are placed together for screwing) that it can take a lot of messing around. (In the end, I gave up on one part as it did not affect what I needed). Also, the stand footplate at the bottom was not glued/welded together well on one and came apart the minute you screw into it.Realy a shame as there are limited options for Sonos 5s, but the engineering is somewhat off for a stand hat costs £109 each. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if quality and good engineering are what you are after.

The newer design feels cheaper and less sturdy than the old.The speakers sit on a flimsy strip of rubber that disconnects from the base.The instructions don’t match the included screws, and what used to be mainly metal is now plastic.Overall, it feels like quality has been sacrificed in the name of increasing profits. Shame as Flexson used to make great stands.

Der Artikel entspricht leider nicht der Produktbeschreibung.Optisch weicht die Halterung von den Bilder ab. Hier ist offenbar ein anderes Modell abgebildet.Weiterhin kann ein Sonos Five zumindest horizontal nicht eingespannt werden. Der Winkel zur Aufnahme des Lautsprechers ist über 90° gebogen, sodass dieser nicht eingesetzt werden kann.
