Keyboard don't work
I dislike that I'm going to have to ship it back since the keyboard doesn't work, I worked with Samsung support but they would have to put in a ticket to have it repaired I shouldn't have to have a new laptop repaired

Extraordinary screen, mediocre touchpad
The AMOLED screen on this laptop is incredible. If you've never owned an Oled monitor, you will be blown away by how good it looks. It makes IPS screens look greyed out in comparison. The laptop is also very light and has a surprisingly long-lasting battery. Unfortunately, the touchpad leaves a lot to be desired. It feels cheap and I strongly suspect it will be the first thing to break. This issue is compounded by the lack of a touchscreen, meaning any use of this laptop without a mouse will be very unpleasant.
