The wires are a perfect match for the MyStim (2mm pin tips)
I only recently got into estim as a recreational activity, but I knew from the start that I would need a butt plug. This one being much more affordable than the Mystim Twisting Tom  and other MyStim products, I decided I would try it first, so I ordered it along with my MyStim kit. The wires are a perfect match for the MyStim (2mm pin tips), and this product is bipolar (both positive and negative in the same accessory), which offers more options in how to play with it.My only criticism of this item is the size. It's really small. Far too small for anyone with any amount of anal play experience. However, it DOES do a good job! Additionally, the lead wires are relatively long. There's plenty of slack to have the box in hand and the probe in... there. The probe includes one detachable piece which supposedly helps to adjust the depth of the probe, but it's probably more useful for vaginal use than anal. I simply removed it. Since the probe is connected to a long wire, a flared base is less of a concern than it would be otherwise. But, I do feel iffy about pulling it out by the wire, and would prefer that the probe did have a flared base. Even the adjustment ring, which I removed, is not large enough to qualify as a flared base.As for how it works: I tried a variety of ways to attach the probe to my MyStim box: With both connectors on the same channel, swapping positive and negative, etc. What I found most enjoyable for me was to attach the probe to channel 1's positive lead and channel 2's negative lead. Then I attached channel 1's negative lead to an electrode on the underside of my penis, and channel 2's positive lead to an electrode placed on the peritoneum. This allowed me to have two different channels of current running front to back/back to front. One channel's power was concentrated in the front, and one channel was concentrated in the back. I could have also connected both channels' negative leads to the probe if I wanted to intensify the feeling in that area. What I found is that with the right program from my box, the probe does an excellent job of exercising my PC muscle, pretty similar to the way that Kegel exercises do. It was a pleasurable experience, and one that I repeat as often as I can. =) The electrical stimulation more than makes up for the lack of size in this little thing, but I still can't help but wonder whether a larger plug would be even more enjoyable. I guess it's time to invest in another probe. For what it is, and for what it costs, though, I've definitely gotten my money's worth with this purchase!

Works Great But Could Be A Little Dangerous
This device does exactly what it is advertised to do and it works very well, the only reason that it didn't receive a full 5 stars is because of a slight but important flaw in it's design. The base of the device has nothing to serve as a "stopper" and the thing can and WILL travel too deeply into where it is inserted. For a woman that can equate to a painful experience when the business end of the probe is butting up against her cervix (our personal experience) and if a male user were to use this probe for his prostate the probe would probably end up deeply lodged in his intestinal track, leading to a trip to the ER! To Top everything off, the lead wires are detachable from the base and if the user attempts to pull the probe out by the wires the probe will simply come unplugged and the it will remain lodged deeply in place or in a male's case it could continue to travel even more deeply! I ended up cutting a hole in a top from an aspirin bottle and gluing it to the base of the probe to serve as a stopping mechanism as well as permanently gluing the lead wire assembly into the base.A review of this product should be made and this flaw should be corrected, in fact after taking a look at similar products offered by this company it's apparent that the company should re-think the design on those as well.

Very comfortable
I've been doing e-stim kegels on and off for about a year now, to recover nerve damage and muscle tone after giving birth to three babies within four years. My old probe that came with my kegel toner device wasn't working as well as it used to, so I decided that it was time for a new one. I liked the design of this probe the very best, so I bought it.This probe is WAY more comfortable than my old one had been -- it's easy to insert and stays in place, so I can clip my kegel toner device to my waistband and work on household chores while toning my pelvic floor muscles, instead of feeling bound to the couch. It's also very quick and easy to clean, which is a huge bonus when you've got small children. I would definitely buy this again.

Great as Medical Device
So disappointed this item promoted as a sex toy and not as a medical device. I was looking for this exact item and couldn't find under any search terms related to it as a medical device. Only found after deciding to try and find some other method to do deep kegals and searching "kegal" only. The device works very well and I am happy with purchase. In just a few days of treatment on EMS mode I am able to do much deeper and more effective kegals on my own. Using with strictly TENS device will unlikely produce much change as TENS is for nerves and EMS is muscle. So if purchasing as a medical device to treat cystocele and/or rectocele a device with an EMS function is recommended. Highly recommend as a medical device, not so much as sex toy.

Meh. Good idea, but too small.
This is too small for a guy. Both length and width. It's not long enough to get the contacts to where they need to be. Ymmv, but it was a disappointment for me.

Well designed
The device is much smaller than I had pictured. About the length of my middle finger. This is fine with me as it it just large enough to do the intended job. It seems well built and I expect that it will work for a long time. I am still experimenting with settings on my tens unit to find personal optimum performance of the device.

Great workout
I am giving it 4 stars only because I could find it did nothing for the prostate, but with the different settings of the tens unit and intensity it was an awesome feeling. Great muscle workout, it could be a soothing feeling or it could bring you to your knees. Really makes the sphincter pucker 😉 .

Powerful depending on your unit....
I'm a male and I use it in my bum and have to say I love it because I achieved hands free orgasm using it and it's a comfortable size. I can take some strong electro stim pulses and this is definitely the strongest of all the electro sex toys I have tried. Down side is the metal bands have a slight rough edge and it will zap you very unpleasantly if used with any in and out motion/thrusting. Find your spot and let it stay there as you turn it up!
