It's exactly what you're expecting I bet!This is a little cheap flexible metal cable lock, it's going to slow down a small child, and it is not going to stop an adult, they can likely twist it apart with their hands. (Didn't bother taking photos, there are already lots of them...)

This is a decent lock, it isn’t the easiest to lock but is good for your money. It is nice that the lock is coated in rubber so that your gun doesn’t get scratched.

It’s a bit too short to lock a G17, but perfect to lock my box and be in compliance with CA law.

Buyer beware. Pretty junky. The feel of the key turning in the lock is much lower quality than a master lock kind of feel. Small lock, baby key. The photos are accurate. Next time I would probably spring for a higher quality for not much more money. Description says: “These are ALL keyed alike, so if you buy more than one expect them all to be the same!” I bought a 3 pack and they are all keyed differently which is a huge pain and same-key was the reason for buying this item. The hassle to return isn’t worth my time but I wouldt buy this again.

Very happy. Its basic no frills but works as intended.

For the price, you get what you pay for. I like the fact that they need the key to lock and unlock and the coating on the cable is good. I think I would opt for the larger size cable next time, but overall, they do what they are supposed to do.

This lock broke within 10 minutes of purchase. The cable would not reattach to the main padlock unit. Steer clear!
