Great product and when given a choice of this and another major high end choice of kitten food my kitten chooses this product. He loves it! The canned food by this company is also great. He is growing nicely and I would recommend this product for your baby kitty.

My sister and I are helping a relative that had a pregnant cat show up on his property with the kittens she had. They love this food so they are eating it very well which makes us happy. Mom has now been spayed and the kittens will get their shots and be fixed as soon as possible. Healthy vetted kittens are much easier to adopt out!! If your own kitten is a finicky eater, you really should give this a try!!

Our cats love this food. Really good quality food. Our cats race to get to their food when we pour it. Great ingredients for the cats, did research and found this was one of the better foods.

I have had my kittens on Iams wet and dry kitten food but I wanted to switch to see if there was something better and quality and possibly better for their health so I tried the wellness core, but they aren’t as crazy about the flavor and taste as they were the other foods my three-year-old cat loves the tiny tasters by core wellness. They’re grain free actually both the cat and Kitten like the pouch tiny tasters but the regular canned food they just don’t care for. It’s not real expensive and Petsmart and Petco have a great variety in stock if I can’t get it on time with Amazon but I think they liked the IAMS texture and flavors more . So will prob switch back to IAMS. .

Perfect size bag and my kitten eats this up

My cat loves this food so much that she won't eat canned food anymore, which disappoints me because she needs the moisture in her diet. Even the Wellness brand of canned - it just goes dry while she eats this. I'm in the process of figuring out what to do about it - perhaps mixing the two with no other option. Thanks for helping me figure it out. Anyway, this seems to be the healthiest cat food currently on the market. The ingredients are top notch, without the crap that most companies figure will save them money, at the expense of our pets. As for flavor - do you taste cat food in order to rate the flavor?

Our kitty has been eating this since he could eat dry food. He has a sensitive tummy and this seems to help with that. He is 6 months old now and quite energetic, very healthy, happy, and he seems to enjoy the taste of the food since it is chicken flavored. However I also give wet food on the side morning and evening but keep dry available at all times. Plus I love that the quality of this food is keeping our little fur babies happy and healthy!!

I just adopted a three month old kitten and thought I'd start her on this Wellness kitten food. I have fed my dogs Wellness food in the past and was happy with it. I trusted the brand. However, when I opened the bag of kitten food, I immediately noticed how odd it smelled. I know all pet foods don't smell the same, but this one had a very off-putting, sour chemical odor, almost like burning plastic. Is that normal for this food? The bag was not expired: I purchased in July 2025 and the expiration date is November 2025. I put some of the food out for my kitten because I couldn't get to the store until the next day. She refused to eat it! I bought her a different brand of food, which smelled normal, and she devoured that one.
