1, you will probably think £35 for 12 bottles is expensive. Well it is but I’m going to be honest the favour is well balanced and can taste all the favours from the 1st sip to a nice pleasant after taste. I give it 5 stars just for taste because that’s all matters. However the bottles, bottle caps and labels are poor in terms of quality for the price for what is advertised as a Premium Lager. The taste is all that matters anyway.

The anticipation was building for the beer to arrive. Disaster..... Missed delivery so had to wait another day. It was worth the wait. Upon popping the top the lovely fresh smell of lager filled my nose. Quickly into the glass and down the throat it went down a treat. Thoughts of Clarkson falling out with kaleb whilst cutting the barley filled my head. Well done to the brewers and the farm. A lovely lager.

I’m a lager lass and not too fussy when it comes to a good pint. It can be p water (sorry Coors) to something with a bit more taste like a Camden Town.I took a couple with me to visit my old man and watch the F1. He loves a good ol’ beer and quickly asked for another. And another x2. If I’m honest, I was quite gutted he liked them so much because so did I lol.So another box it is, but this time just for Dad.If you like a crisp yet light beer, this is for you.

Some people say Jeremy is just a motoring journalist..I know him as an excellent brewer .Congratulations Jeremy on this most impressive Lager .

I really wanted to like this Lager after I read the reviews and spending £65 on 24 bottles, but after 8 hrs in the fridge I sat down to enjoy my first bottle expecting it to be amazing! Unfortunately it was quite the opposite, It has the taste of a floral Ale and had a very bitter aftertaste, it's nothing like 'Easy to Drink' at all and I drink any Lager around the 4-6% ABV, perhaps mine was a bad batch? My daughter, wife and father all tried it too and agreed that its not at all as the description says and even they wont drink it!.....Is it possible to return 20 bottle?? For £65 I really expected much better.

Before we got watered down tasteless lager, lager used to taste great.Hawkstone imho harks back to those days.Sure alcohol content, it’s not the strongest but in terms of drinking pleasure from its taste and smell…it’s a winner for me!Just need bigger bottles now….JC?!
