I found the coupler works best with 2 dogs of very similar size and weight
I waited quite a while to write this review. I have 2 three years male dogs who,though different breeds, are almost identical in all dimensions. On separate leads,they twist around me on walks. With the coupler, now that they are accustomed to it,that does not happen. I learned that while walking them, if needed, I can disconnectone of the dogs and use the coupler as a leash leaving the other dog on the main leash.I found the coupler works best with 2 dogs of very similar size and weight. When I usedit with 2 dogs of different size/weight (8 lbs vs 12 lbs) it was not as effective--the smaller gotdragged along

that is the best review I can give at this time
I am rating it 3 stars at present, as I have only used this one time to date. My two little dogs were somewhat confused with it and got tangled up repeatedly. I really think once the three of us get accustomed to the coupler/splitter, all will be well, but we have got to work on this. So, that is the best review I can give at this time.
