Q: Who makes this product?

NZ Manufacturing makes Strechcordz, Medicordz, and Turfcordz products.

Q: What is the difference in the colors? It is just simply color, or do each type have a different resistance?

Different colors are different resistances. My swim coach recommends the yellow for those starting out.

Q: Which colors are which resistances? Can’t find any info to help decide which ‘color’ matches which weight resistance...

Not sure of specific "weights". The green ones definitely offer the most resistance. My house guests are professional triathletes...they use the green. I'm a long-time master's swimming...no longer as young as I once was....I use the yellow, and they feel perfect for me. Enough resistance for sure, but not so hard that I can't use them a lot.
