Is this the same as the curel hydrating water essence?

Yes this is the essence, I ordered this and that's what cane in the mail. It's lovely!

Has anyone tried this with a microcurrent device like foreo bear?

That needs to be used with a serum and this is an essence, which is more like water, so I don't know if it would be thick enough. This is literally like splashing water on your face in terms of texture.

If you don't wear makeup, do you still need to do 2 step cleansing with this 1st or can you just use the 2nd step foaming facewash or use this alone?

You still need 2 steps of cleasing if you wear waterproof sunscreen.

Good for sensitive skin

I have tried 4 or 5 different make-up removing balms/oils and have sensitive skin and this has by far been the most gentle, rich, scentless make up removing oil. I feel like it removes more than typical products labeled as make-removing products and my pores feel cleaner and less noticeable. I will never switch from this!

Curel Foaming Facial Wash

Despite advanced age, my facial skin is oily in the morning. If I use stronger soaps, the skin is originally taught and dry but actually seems more oily in the morning.I tried this foaming facial wash, which is better for my ancient skin. It cleans well, no taught, dry feeling, just soft skin. In the morning, I actually think it is less oily. The scent is very nice.I like Japanese skin products and I like this one the best.BTW, I don't wear much make-up, just use mascara and sometimes eyebrow darkener, and tinted lip balm. I have oodles of face make-up but never use it. Skin feels better without it.

Makeup remover

I like it and it seems to remove makeup well but it irritates my eyes so I use the oil remover there. For skin that might be sensitive with the oil removers though, this is great.
