Excellent in every way
It has fantastic dodgeball type grips, is filled about 85% with sand, able to be slammed extremely hard against the ground without issue. Of all the medicine balls I've used, this one is overall the best. It's about the size of a basketball, which is ideal for this item. Highly recommend the 20lb slam ball. I also bought the 30lb one, but it's nowhere near as good.

J’utilise ce produit presqu’au quotidien. J’ai acheté le 15 livres et il est parfait pour moi. J’adore le combiner avec une planche d’équilibre pour des squats avec petits lancers de haut en bas et en diagonale. J’ai l’impression de travailler plusieurs muscles à la fois.
