Great customer service!
Works really nice! I love that there are additional inserts and that there is a tiny spray bottle included. Just a little spritz of water and you've got moist heat. I had to contact customer service to see if I could get a replacement for part of the cord that got damaged at my house. Instead of a new cord I was able to return the old mask and get a complete new one! Thank you for a great product and great customer service!

Where are the instructions 🤷♀️, and if you have sensitive eyes, remove the lavender ASAP! OUCH!
1st off.. where are the instructions? I didn’t get any in my package. It’s definitely a Chinese product, and I really wish I could find something like this made in the USA, but I’m so desperate over my severely sensitive, chronic dry eyes, I’m still willing to continue trying anything that I can get my hands on, in hopes of relief. This was a bittersweet product for me, but overall a bit more cons then pluses, so I’m giving it a bit of a below average, 2.5 star rating, because of this. One thing was the lavender inside of the mask, I had to remove it. I love lavender smells, but my eyes are irritated by onions an entire house floor up and away from the onions, so these eyes are MEGA sensitive. This made my eyes burn like crazy. I thought my eyeballs were literally on fire 🔥. Such a terrible feeling that you need to be aware of, if you are like me. Take the packet of lavender OUT! That made things much better for me.I was a little bummed that it didn’t get a bit hotter then it did. I think more heat would be more soothing. Not overly hot.. but a nice, happy medium. After removing the scent packet, I did feel some tired, strained-eye relief, but were my eyes less dry? Honestly, not that I could tell. I think the heat needs to be moist heat to have an impact on oil glands, help unclog them, and help bring back the moisture to the eyes. This doesn’t feel like moist heat, to me. It comes with a mister, but no instructions on how and where to use it. It’s an electrical device, so I was too wary to attempt to spray water on something that could potentially electrocute me. At least that does seem humanly possible, ya know?A few positives now.I like the silky smooth, upscale look and feel of this mask. It gives it a luxurious ‘spa-like’ feel. It also came packaged very well, too. I also find it comfortable to wear, and also easy to operate. All bonuses. It does help my strained, computer-tired eyes, to feel less fatigued, however, it does nothing to bring my eyes more moisture to combat the dry eyes, which is my true goal, so for that I am bummed about. I’ll keep it for fatigue and sinus and ocular headaches, which it does feel good on, but for dry eye, it’s a flop for me.I rate this 2.5 stars (and that, I believe is generous, considering everything written above), as it does give me some help in a couple of things that bother me.. just not the dry eye. I’m still on the hunt there, but maybe if there was instructions on how to make the heat moist (safely) with the sprayer.. we COULD get some true relief from the dryness, but everything is up in the air. I can’t use it to full capacity, without knowing EXACTLY what to do.Remember about the lavender, please! I learned the really hard way! OUCH, indeed, but after removal- zero issues! Good luck to you, my friends!2.5 stars!⭐️⭐️+I hope that my review has been helpful :).

Gentle heat and nice material
The media could not be loaded. Kinda weirded out by the negative reviews on this. I'm usually a pretty tough customer with heated items, but I thought this one was fairly good. As per usual, my complaint is that I'd like it a bit hotter, but I almost always say that about everything because I want it nearly scorching hot. For the delicate skin and tissues around your eyeballs, I can see why manufacturers would dial it down a bit. This is more of a gentle warmth than a truly therapudic heat; it's not going to feel as hot as a hot washcloth or a microwaved wrap. Instead, it offers *less warmth over a longer period of time.*The mask itself is well-made. I can't confirm that this is real silk, but it feels lovely. It's silky and soft with a beautiful sheen, and it felt great against my eyes. There's a pocket on the inside to slip in the different sachets, and tidy piping around the edges. The strap is pretty basic, like an adjustable elastic bra-strap, but works fine.I thought the sachets smelled amazing. I'm hard to please with smells and easily sickened by artificial perfumes, but these smell "real" to me and didn't make me ill. They're made with a small joint in the center so that the sachets bend neatly to fit your face. When the sachet is inside the mask, the device takes longer to heat up, and less warmth is felt, because it's being absorbed and diffused by the sachet. When the sachet is removed, there's more heat, but it's less distributed. This comes with a long USB power cord, but no wall adapter (boo!), so you'll need your own. The controller is easy to use. I made a video to show it in use. It's got two rows of options and LED lights that are easy to see in the dark, although you can't exactly read it.There's also a small water spray bottle so that you can mist the mask surface to do moist heat. The spray bottle works fine. No, there isn't "steam"...not sure I'd want anything hot enough to produce legitimate "steam" directed at my eyeballs for any length of time. It's just some warm, moist heat. Yes, this helps my dry, inflamed eyes.Washing instructions: I posted a picture. I definitely see the value in washing an eye mask regularly, so I'm glad this IS washable, even if the instructions are a little rambly. The inner electrical components slide out easily so that you just have the silk carcass to wash/dry.I'd love it if this came with a little drawstring bag to dump all the accessories into for storage, but for now, the slide-out tray on the box works fine for storage.
