Lean Six Sigma For Dummies (For Dummies (Business & Personal Finance))

I was looking at doing the courses and wanted to get an idea of what the material was first. Very very good book. I can’t even begin to list all the self help books I was forced to read as part of a management enrichment program. Way better than “Who Moved my Cheese” and Thriving on Chaos which are solution book for someone who has ADD and a substance abuse problem. This, Mastery (Leonard), Gung Ho compliment each other. If you want to figure something out this is an excellent place to start. Be warned it is dry and unless you are a useful geek this may not be for you.

This book is a good read and I’m enjoying it so far. My only complaint is it’s in rough shape. Looks like it was kicked from the warehouse to my front door. Not what I expected from a “new” book.

Il libro proporne i concetti fondamentali della metodologia Lean Six Sigma e risulta essere un ottimo manuale per chi vuole avere un’infarinatura generale di tale approccio. Sicuramente non è sufficiente nel caso si volessero approfondire alcuni concetti statistici o per ottenere le certificazioni collegate.
