I’m not sure how I feel about it. I bought the same brand different seller last year and the last year one was thin. This seller same brand I got thicker rope which I like but I don’t like that it’s still not as thick as how rope lights should be but I guess it helps with being bendable. I don’t like how this one only comes with one remote and limited settings compared to my old ones with two remotes and way better settings on it. Overall colors look good but again not many settings and some of the lights don’t really look like the button color on the remote. Also my fault for getting this one because it’s too short for what I needed it for but I guess it’s not bad per se. For the price it’s fine

Nice of you to read.. I'm almost ready to retire. Most of these flat lights say they will stick due to using the 3M double siding tape. Moose pucky. Tried those 1st (2 different ones) and sent them back. The heat either melts them off making the sticky unstuck (bought in the summer) or the cold freezes their sticky (Bought in the middle of winter) and they just let go. Waste of time and money. But this old gal is having the time of my life and I don't give up! To much fun so added them to my new truck. (at the time). Since I am a 1st time buyer, I bought my first set of these lights to add to my Nissan CC on the tunnel cover. Its been well over a year they have been on it, I am amazed that the rubber housing the light string didn't turn white or fade. Its still crystal clear. GREAT!! I bought a second set only due to my dealership messed up the connection and paid for me to replace. Great Dealership service. Anyways, They are bright and I run orange/white for Halloween only due to no black, and Thanksgiving pastels, and Christmas I have the 1st two colors red & Green then it fades to multi and repeats. The option of power I have a power converter from USB to plug in to DC connection. Never gets hot, and the lights work great. I am buying a few more sets for my son to use as running lights for under carriage for his 20' utility trailer. His new toy. Take care and I DO RECOMMEND. Below is my first review. This one is more important. I am totally satisfied with this company and now recommend them. The Customer Serrvice I received was top class, It was a little slow but that was easily explained. I was contacted by the seller, there was no defensiveness whatsoever, there were actions taken at their end to attempt to replicate thereby identify and eliminate this occurrence (which it does seem was unusual). I was offered a refund or return but I was actually quite satisified wiht the response and didn't need either. However, the seller felt more comfortable, understandably from liability perspectives, doing one, so I gratefully accepted another set! They work fine, the CS was outstanding, I will give these as gifts now I know you stand behind your product and take care of your customers, thank you.As the headline says, this item is overpriced as it only works for a few months. When it worked it was great but as I had been concenred would be the case, this is a cheap item that brekas easily. If it continued working it would get a five star as its features are nice and it is really useful for a variety of settigs but a thirty dollar string of plastic is NO use at all. I'd like a refud please. The "refund window" expired? So did the item I paid for - but YOU still have my money - and I have your trash. Let's sort this out, yes? Thanks :)
