I broke 5 ribs several years ago. One broke off completely and reconnected at a strange angle which cause some discomfort doing lifting or even riding my motorcycle. I have used chest wraps but found them uncomfortable after several hours.Thus I decided to try this undershirt. It works really well and I can wear it riding all day. I liked it so much I order another to wear when on extended day rides. I have a 46/48 chest and ordered large which fits great. Snug but not to tight.

If your obese, this isn’t for you.If you have man boobs, love handles , 15-30 lbs overweight that you want to conceal, this is perfect. It’s very tight but will stretch out as you wear it and will perfectly. I’m 190 lbs. 39 inch test and bought a small. It makes me look like I’m 140 lbs love it!

I bought a size smaller than the shirts I wear. Now I am thinking I should have gone 2 sizes smaller. They fit, but are "too comfortable" if that makes any sense. They are "compressing" enough. I dont want to be uncomfortable, but I want it to do some slimming and the 3x really isnt doing what I was hoping for. I will have to order some 2x and try those out.

I make fun of myself for liking these so much. It’s basically a boy bra. When I was a tweaker, 150 pounds, a L fit great. Im 220 now and it still fits but takes some effort. Helps keep my belly in check nowadays

its kind of hard to breathe but it fits the need that I want.

Recommended just buy a size smaller.

Doesn’t really do much as the material is too thin to hold anything in. I use it as a tight wife beater now

I thought it was going to be thicker but it's kind of thin and it fit my son kind of loose even though that was his size.

Der Preis für dieses Teil lohnt nicht, dafür kann man besser einen Monat Fitnessstudio bezahlen statt sich in so etwas einzuwängen, Anziehen allein ist gar nicht so einfach, der Stoff ist auch so gut wie gaaar nicht atmungsaktiv!
