Finally, an ear wax product that works. I have always had excessive ear wax build-up in my hearing aids. I had given up on OTC products and would schedule a cleaning with the PA at my primary care Dr. I decided to look thru the offerings at Amazon again, and found the NAVEH PHARMA Clean Up. I followed the directions, and my hearing aids didn't have clogged wax guard filters every other day. After about a week or two, I would notice that the guards filters were starting to clog again. I would start another 2-3 day cleaning regimen, and all was good again! I clean my ears out in the shower with a 10% peroxide squeeze bottle with warm water. This really helped me! I now have the product on auto ship.

I have chronic ear wax issues to the point where it affects my hearing. I recently had a pretty bad build up and used this product with great results. I love it! It cleared out the build-up when I used it multiple times a day for about 3-4 days. After that, I just use it every night before bed. I’m sold on this and highly recommend it.Some people mentioned concern about how loud the product is to spray in the ears, but I don’t find it to be a problem at all and my ears are quite sensitive. I appreciate the subtle, pleasant smell.

This certainly works, but it certainly doesn't last very long. Following the instruction s, you may get it most six or seven uses out of it. That means, you'll need to order multiple vials of it. All that being said, it did clear out 90% or more of the wax buildup in my ear canals.

I was not at all sure this would work. It is not an instant fix. But was pleasantly surprised on the 4th day to realize I could hear out of this ear. So yes, worth it.

The oil probably works but the dispenser is not practical. I got one puff out of it after managing to get that first puff out and into one ear, then spent forever turning and turning and turning and trying to spray after every millimeter turn and never got any more out. So I don't know whether the ingredients would do what this promises to do.

This product melts away built up ear wax. On initial usage, I used a bulb to irrigate the ear canal to expedite the removal of the wax plug. Once that’s gone, this is a great product to maintain a clear ear canal. No more wax plugs!

Customer needs to know that you need to irragate the ears after use . This was not in the directions on the box or the bottle. After the fourth day woke up totally deaf and still trying to fix it. I'm going with debrox because at least you get adequate instructions. If you use please flush your ears

I like this product in case there happens to be any wax buildup from wearing my earbuds so much. It’s fragrant and natural too.
