This book is amazing and truly fills the gap created by the ICF. The exam is difficult and the ICF does not provide anything more than six sample questions, with zero feedback on why on response is the best and another is the least best. UGHHH.This book give you examples for all the markers, it also provides amazing approaches to add to your tool box.I have the book and the Kindle edition. I have "Alexa" read me my kindle book in the car and it is so helpful!"

The book is awesome for the new coach. As a more senior coach you can have use of the book because it really connect with the standards of ICF and if your are intresting in become an ICF certified coach you can you use it as a reference.But what I like the most is that it connect psychological research and methods with the coachingpractise.

Excellent book, that covers every topic you need to know for ICF credentialing process. Well organized and written! A great all around guide and reference book for professional coaches.
