Great boot- great price!
This is a great hiking boot made for a woman's foot.It runs a bit narrow, which is good for my slender feet. The size is as indicated for my regular size 9.The colors are as pictured and very stylish. The bright pink adds a pop of color. The tall ankle support is sturdy and the insole is very comfy. The soles are rugged without being too chunky looking. The laces could be a little longer for ease when lacing up. They are also very lightweight compared to all the other top name boots I have owned, with the added bonus of a much better price!

Great boots but still slightly too small despite all the reassurance.
These shoes are very good quality, light and comfortable, except that they are slightly too small in length. I measured my feet carefully, went with the size of the largest one which was exactly right for a 6.5 and ordered those. However, my big toe on the largest foot pushes against the end of the shoe and there is no room whatsoever for socks of any kind. This makes me think that the foot length is actually the length of the shoe and therefore you're going to need to go half a size up to make room for socks and to give a little extra space for your toes. I bought the grey boots because the manufacturer specified NOT to size up on that particular colour as they had recently adjusted the sizes to be just right. Not the case. Unfortuantely, we live in a remote part of Panama and have a forwarding service for our packages and therefore I cannot return these boots and exchange them for the next size up. I'm going to try to break them in and stretch the toe area out using them with bare feet in the house. We'll see how that goes.

Great Deal, Great shoe.
So far I love this shoe. They seem to be a small 6 1/2 which is fine. I Usually wear a size 6. I could have even ordered a size 7and they would've still been ok. Then, I would've inserted a Thicker, cushy insole but, I may not need one. the tread seems to be pretty easy to clean out so far. We have a lot of sand where I am and it has been raining a lot but I don't want to get my new shoes dirty lol so I have not really tested their water proof ness( ie. jumping in puddles) I am very hard on shoes but I think these may be able to stand up to me. they look to be well constructed. The inside is soft with no sharp seams or rub points. They can even be worn without socks. They almost feel like slippers only more rugged if that makes any sense. The only improvement I would make so far, is to add maybe a gel or thicker cushion insole. they are still looking good after one month. I wear them a lot.at least 3hrs every day.

Durable, Comfy, Quality Hiking Boot
Great hiking boot with outside made mostly of leather suede with excellent fit, traction & durability. Great padding inside of shoe as well. As long as you follow size chart for UK to US sizing, the fit is perfect. In US size I wear an 8 medium width. In this boot under UK sizes I wear a 9 medium width. Fit is perfect. Immediately comfortable with zero break in time. So far, waterproofing is great. Can wear thin or thick socks. I also have a planter fasciitis insert inside the shoe and it is totally comfy with or without it inside. Laces stay tight and are quality laces. Buy this boot for hiking or simply wearing around town. It’s an excellent choice! And they look nice too!

My feet have been embraced!
Ok. I really needed boots. I was duct taping my other ones and wet feet really get your attention in icy slush. Ordered six different pair from various online companies. I did order up half a size bigger as someone else's review advised that. Well, I didn't expect them all to fit perfect. Tried on the Clorts 2nd to last. Oh, my, I felt like my foot was being embraced in comfort. Soft, warm and like a glove. Wow! Like a deerskin glove fits. Man! Went and ordered 2 more pair right away. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like my feet have went to HEAVEN!. I don't want to take them off! I'm not much on arch support and they're moderate in that department, which I like. Also, roomy in the front part. Maiden Peak and Hi-Tech were too pinchy. Whoever designed and made these Clorts boots is a real artist. The Ariat's are great, but the Clorts are BETTER !!!! I will be hiking a lot in these and in all kinds of weather. Hope your feet are as happy as mine !

They're OK
Right out of the box these fit well and seemed comfortable enough to keep. As the day went on though, these became less and less comfortable. The arch support is fairly minimal as is the padding. By the end of my day, I had some hip and knee pain which was pretty uncomfortable. I found a thin gel pad with an arch support to slip in these, but that hasn't really helped with the hip/knee discomfort. Since these were true to size for me, there is not a lot of room to add extra cushioning/support. On the plus side, these are waterproof, and really nice looking.

You need to offer a woman’s size 8 in this boot!
This boot felt fabulous when I slipped my foot into its. However upon standing and walking a bit I could feel my toes touching the front of the boot. Very dissapointing as the rest of the boot fit my narrow foot perfectly and wonderfully. After returning them I tried to order a size 8 which seemed would add that little more room in the length of the foot bed. To my dismay I was unable to find a size 8 on Amazon or anywhere else. All other sizes offered bothe regular and half sizes, but there seems to be no size 8’s only 8&1/2s inbthis boot. I truly don’t understand that at all. I took a chance an ordered the 8&1/2 because I really want this boot. The 8$1/2 was more than adequate in length but way too wide . I tried tightening the laces to extreme but it was of no use. Although I love these boots I hate that I can’t get my size. I am returning the 8&1/2s promptly. I’m at a loss at what to do at this pint.

Comfortable fit.
I ordered half a size up and they fit perfectly. I feel my ankles are well supported. The tread is very good in the snow and muddy areas.

Order a whole size up
I am usually a size 6 with wide feet so as per other reviews I ordered a size up. I felt sure a size 7 would be way too big but they fit perfectly with room for hiking socks. I tried them round the house and they seemed fine so I took the dog out for a walk with no problems. I have worn them for dog walking every day and haven’t had any pinching, blisters or discomfort. They’re great boots, very comfy but I will probably get a softer inner sole for my own preference. I usually walk round fields and lochs and my feet are dry and comfortable at the end of each walk.

Best Hiking/working boots you could buy at a very good price.
The best boots I ever purchased. I drive a bus and wanted something to wear that is warm, water proof and will work well in snow. These boots are comfy and keep my feet dry and toasty warm. I purchased the yellow/gold and they are very nice looking and well made. I would highly recommend they hiking boots. I purchased a half size larger and they fit absolutely perfect. I have CRPS and have major issues with wearing anything on my feet and I have no discomfort. I will be buying more.
