They work well with kitchen towels and thin terry towels since I can get the loop snapped close to the edge and the towels are thin. The snaps aren't big enough to go through thick terry towels but they work great for the kitchen and remained intact after washing. The loops aren't big enough to go over my round kitchen cabinet/drawer knobs so I hook them on S hooks. Review: Did I need these? - I like these, they came quickly but I think they're overpriced, they are imported so that may be why. I'm sure in the local shops in the UK or Germany they're probably more reasonably priced. The snaps do hold tight, some are difficult to snap, they're SO tight! The little plastic tool for piercing the dish towel is strong & effective, I'll keep it on hand on the off chance I may make my own. They are a good product but seem expensive & non-essential for what basically is a few pieces of (albeit) strong fabric and a few snaps.

Nice product.

Don't attempt to use on anything but thin tea towels.
Unable to use with towels I intended. Very shallow snap, will not grasp any but the thinnest towel.

Loop not big enough
Loop not big enough to fit around over handle. Would like it to be one inch bigger
