Great value for such a handy device! Picture quality is sharp and clear. No need to add yet another app to your phone. Just turn on the power and go. It’s so easy to use!There are so many times that this would have been useful in the past. You can look under the fridge or furniture for small toys, lost jewelry or change. Assist in wiring iwithout cutting extra holes in the drywall. What’s clogging the drain? At this price, why wouldn’t you have this in your toolbox?

I purchased this to look inside a Mercedes Benz engine I was changing a timing chain on because I dropped a little rubber plug inside and did not want it to get caught in the oil pump or internals. I used this to find, then it fell deeper, found again, then fell again, this time I felt all the way to the oil pan. I jacked car up on one side, drained oil, still did not come out. Went up with this through oil pan found it lodged on side and finally retrieved. This is a great tool. It claims do not get liquid on camera, I got oil on it and still worked fine. This saved me a lot of apprehension to start the car before I found the rubber plug. I just used it yesterday to scope inside combustion chamber of an Acura I was changing spark plugs on. Highly recommend this for those that do this sort of work.

I was waiting to be disappointed given the price. I wasn't disappointed in the least. I like it greatly, and not simply because of the price. Its construction is solid, the image on the screen is bright and clear. The cable has the right amount rigidity when bent to the needed angle. The only negative was the screw-on right-angle mirror accessory, which came with it at no additional cost. But since the cable holds so well, I didn't care.

Worth every penny. Used it to look in the combustion chamber after drilling and tapping a Ford Triton head to see how many aluminum shavings were still in there after blowing it out a couple times. Light & camera perfectly showed what was left in there so I could continue the process without just hoping I got everything out.

Probably could be a four star based on the price point but on averall performance it's a 3 for me.Gotta say right off did the job. Got 3 feet up into the wall of a tenants apartment, I found the leaky soldier joint I was seeking and know exactly what will be needed when I go into the wall for the repair from the leak location to the surroundings.Being critical I did not find the resolution that great. I got pictures, downloaded them to my computer but again resolution and lighting minimized the value of the pics. The mirror 90 degree attachment foggy and useless was my experience. The screw on attachment which I assume should have a clear lense for protection and it did not. The buttons for the various function clunky and directions minimal.All that said it did the job. My suggestion would be if you have a few more buck to spend get a higher end model and especially the double angle and lighting models. This is a completely under valued but very useful tool for any homeowner.

I bought this for a plumbing project and needed to see into the pipes.Pros:*Easy to use, it comes with a solid sturdy design with instructions that are fairly easy to follow.*Length: The scope is pretty long and goes pretty far.*Screen Size: It's a good enough size.*Light brightness: it's very bright.Cons:The scope is often aggravating to maneuver. (The camera tip will sometimes shift into a less than useful position.The screen quality isn't that great, slightly better that an old Nokia phone (it's got a low pixel count)The camera itself sometimes gets washed out by the light, making identifying what you're looking at difficult.It did the job that I needed for, but think maybe plumbing isn't this guy's strength, I need to open a wall in my house soon, and may give it a shot there.

The unit is easy to use and has a good picture quality. I will be using it for all sorts of stuff. One improvement they could do is to have a 90 degree picture rotation. Otherwise it’s all thumbs up.

This works ok but, for my needs, the fibre-optic cable was a bit too rigid. I have a drain that takes rainwater off the roof and it’s blocked. This cable was too stiff to persuade it to go round the drain’s trap. It’s quite a tight radius, maybe only 3 inches and a drain rod won’t go round it either. So I’m kinda stuck!But for other uses such, as feeding the scope in wall voids, l’m sure the rigidity would be useful, so horses for courses I guess…

Other than the lead is a bit long. It is wieldy to manipulate for a straight up down image but it rotates all four 90 degrees well on screen. The images are clear, and the three levels of illumination and off is excellent. I have not tried the hook or side imaging mirror
