Good product
The product is worth the money. Since it's a rented place we had to find an alternative solution than drilling on walls. And this idea of my brother worked so well.

Looks Sturdy but CAN'T USE as Screws / Anchors are not Provided
UPDATE: Needed to make deep holes on the wall and fix bolts (that fit the activity pillers) with concrete. The product is working fine now.Old Review: The item needs specific type of fastening screws which neither are provided nor the type is mentioned. I can't use it and the product is also non-returnable. Looks very sturdy so I will change the rating if I can mount it on the wall. It would have been a perfect buy if seller had provided 10 screws in the pack.

Did not get user manual
User manual was not included in the box

Just put it up! Cats love it
Can’t comment on durability as I have just put it up. So far looks good. Had to call a carpenter to get it installed, needs drilling. Fasteners and screws were provided. Gave the cats some treats on it and applied some cat nip on the rods and the cats started playing on it. They are liking it. Thanks to a previous comment with photo, I referred it and put it the same way as my cats are big too and 3/4 together makes it easy for them. Recommended for crazy cat parents

Sturdy, easy to fix and perfect for cattifying the house
Update: the seller was super cooperative and immediately sent me a replacement for 1 defective pole. All 5 are now fixed and work great! Highly recommend.Waiting to hear from seller if 1 defective piece can be replaced. Remaining 4 shelves seem good and sturdy. Will edit once there's an update.
