OTUS Desk Clamp for Desk lamp DL-001

I wish I could give this clamp 2.5 stars. The plastic does feel cheap. I'd happily pay the extra expense for a more solid piece. I was about to return it because the plastic-on-on plastic squeaking was driving me crazy, every time I bumped my desk. I had to coat the connecting parts with paraffin candle wax to stop the noise. I shouldn't have to google home remedies for a new modern lamp and clamp.

Plastic, clunky, clumsy, and cheap looking.Such an inferior looking item to go with a great looking lamp. You cannot screw the lamp into the clamp so lamp can just be pulled out of the clamp with little effort.I gave the item 3 stars because it is doing what it is supposed to do.Thank goodness the clamp is on the back of my desk, facing the wall, and cannot be seen.

After looking at hundreds of lamps and returning a couple, I settled on this one. I couldn't be happier! It is very well built and works great. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I had to shim so my lamp would fit.

Used to clamp a desk lamp. Good item ,but difficult to use on my desk. Otherwise I would give it a five out of five. I will probably buy another one.
