Get it on discount.
I had previously had the chedder at nearly double this cost (I paid gbp7 or so for this item on 'offer' i dont remember the pennies) and it was OK but FFS price even on offer. Bit expensive for a nasty weird (it's cheese but once dehydrated it really doean't seem like cheese but strangely nice. It tastes like cheese. You can't really use it as an ingredient because it doesn't rehydrate on a timescale that doesn't also invlove rocks. I got this at discount (about 7GBP, i said that before) and at this it was worth it for the unusual. The normal price is getting on double that, at which point it's fighting it out with a lump of chedder I left in the fridge two years ago.

Love cheese
If you are a cheese lover this is great for salad or as a snack. I love cheese and this is suitable for me. Is greats back for travelling as it does not go off. Only downside is the price is expensive for what you get

Space Cheese
Imagine floating in space and you reach out for a snack, you want something that feels futuristic, in a 1960s science fiction way. Open your jar of 'Freeze Dried Gouda Cheese'. That's right, freeze dried. It is little cubes of cheese that have all the moisture sucked from them and made into a crispy like texture. It is a little odd and a little fun to eat. The children enjoy them, and the cheese taste does come through when you re-hydrate them in your mouth. They don't make the cheese taste nicer, but it does not ruin the flavour. The jar is smaller than a jam jar, but it is packed with the cheese cubes. It is an expensive treat, and I am not sure that they are better than normal cheese chunks. I see these as a fun novelty snack that you will try once. There is a range of freeze-dried foods that Supergarden make that you could work your way through.

If you're a cheese lover... don't bother!
Nasty texture and taste. Went straight in the bin. TINY container too. Save your money

Freeze Dried Gouda Cheese Perfect for Retro Party Nibbles
I suppose if eating as a snack they are expensive. Put with an olive on a stick to make party nibbles and yes more wallet or purse friendly. That’s the trouble though just so tasty you feel like you need to keep eating them. It’s a small tub but packed to the top. Myself using them with either olives or pineapple pieces for a retro party nibble. What I like is that the sizes are are the same and no broken bits of cheese or flakes at the bottom of tub.

Not for everyone, but I love it!
It is a texture and a taste to get used to - an acquired type, so to say! YEt, it is amazing, once you get the taste for it and a great snack. I eat it as it is, but you can add it to salads for a bit of a cheesy crunch. Can recommend and most likely will be biyng more as want to try all the kinds and all the flavours!

Tasty but expensive
I would happily pay this amount for a gift but not to eat at hone or buy regularly, it’s expensive for the size of the tub. Having Saul that it’s very tasty and as healthy as it can be. If this was cheaper I would definitely buy it regularly. Would make a nice gift or for special occasions
