VVAY Double Arc Electric USB Rechargeable Lighter, Plasma Windproof Flameless Electronic Lighter

The media could not be loaded.  Only had this a few days but battery seems to be lasting well. Easy to use and easier to light than I thought. As long as your near the crossed beams they do slightly jump to what your lighting. At first I was putting it on them till I realised I didn’t have to. Remember not to touch the top bits and the light at the same time as it does give a little shock 😂

This lighter is beautiful, easy to use and highly coloured so I don’t lose it in the bottom of my handbag. I like that it can be locked so children can’t use it. Battery life is okay but only lasts a couple of days but then our whole household smokes and everyone is using it as it is so easy to use. The battery lights alert you when it is running low so this isn’t really a problem.

It’s different and saves on waste but the battery probably makes it less environmentally friendly. A refillable lighter is probably better in that aspect, unless this one lasts a lifetime. So far it’s charge is minimal, a heavy smoker would be recharging this daily if not more. It takes some getting used to, your instinct is to put your cig in the cross of electricity but you do have to hover just above it and I still find the angle to get a good light a bit awkward. Next, it’s heavy, heavier than a zippo and don’t accidentally touch the conduits, it hurts. But if it’s your thing, it looks nice, it works and you’re less likely to lose it, like all your disposable ones.

The media could not be loaded.  Looks good and sturdy. But as you can see from the vid, if you open it and even by mistake touch the switcher, it lights on and keeps going. I've burned my hands twice already - first day in use. It is a bit dangerous, really.Update - day 4 the button for lighting the thing on stopping work. Need a few good pushes to light it in. I guess it won't last long to stop work completely. Disappointing!

Battery doesn’t last too long

I bought this lighter a couple of weeks ago. The battery seems to hold its charge well and is excellent to use on a windy day which is the reason i bought it. Laying on a very windy Greek beach in September I was unable to get a light with my normal lighter. This lighter will do the trick. It’s easy to use and feels nice in the hand, charging via USB is simple and fast. The battery indicator is a good addition and seems to be accurate. I would highly recommend this lighter.

I have had disposable lighters for a while and decided to buy myself something nice. I couldn't decide whether to get a Plasma or a Jet lighter, so I bought both. The Plasma lighter does work well and ignites my cigarettes with no problem. I tried blowing it out and you cannot do it as one reviewer said you could. I have unfortuantely shocked myself twice and it is instictive (to me) to flip the lid with one hand.It gives you quite a jolt. Both lighters from VVay are well made and of good construction. I even got a "free product" card with the Plasma lighter, so I am as happy as a happy thing could be. The forth picture had the flash activated on the camera, so you can't see the Arc, but I turned that off and it is visible although a little blurred on the first image.

The battery life sucks, you can maybe light it for 20 times before you need to charge it again. Also you can only charge the lighter with the included USB C cable, no other USB C cables. Please do not buy this product

Anche se la batteria non dura tantissimo,i primi mesi mi sono trovato bene.ora dopo neanche un anno la porta di ricarica non funziona bene..quando si collega il cavo non sempre ricarica bene

Het is een mooi design vandaar ook deze keuze .Als hij het wel doet doet hij het prima 👍👌

Die Original-Verpackung sieht recht edel aus und eignet sich somit auch gut als Geschenk.Das VVAY funktioniert zuverlässig. Ich benutze es gelegentlich zum zuverlässigen Anzünden einer Zigarillo beim Spazierengehen (wenn's recht windig ist). Ansonsten ein technisches aber erfreuliches Gimmick. Vielleicht ist für einen Kettenraucher mit weniger Zeit und Muße (zusätzlich) ein gasbetriebenes vorteilhaft. Jedenfalls: Mir gefällt's. Macht Spaß.
