coolerguys140mm Black Fan Grill/Guard with Screws (2 Pack)

Used them on my 140mm fans on my 280 EK AIO that I have in my SSUPD Meshlicious case. Since the best airflow setup in that case is the front as exhaust, the wires would've otherwise been all up in the fans. Note these effectively add some extra thickness to the fans as far as the screws are concerned so make sure you have long enough screws. Luckily EK includes two sets of long screws for the fans. The longer ones fit.

These are sturdy enough and are welded properly. They fit. The grates arrived with some bent and scuffed parts. It was easy enough to straiten out with a small flat screwdriver and a hammer. The packaging looked fine, but not sure who is to blame for the damaged product. It could have been poor QC at from manufacturer; or rough handling at the warehouse, possibly during shipping. The were packaged in a plastic bag, placed loose inside an amazon box. For the price, its not worth returning. Its functional, and its inside my case mostly out of sight.

Bought for an ITX computer build to protect cables from interfering with 140 mm fans. Appropriately packaged with no warp or damage. They are sturdy and have a quality black matte finish. As shown, the guards fit Noctua NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap fans. The slight elevation ensures no interference with fan operation. Very happy with this purchase as it accomplishes exactly what I intended. Highly recommended.

What's more to say than my headline? They do what they are designed to do. They can't be flexed easily, they are solidly build, finish is good, and they have a slight arch at the edge to push the center part away from the fan hub or blades. I like having the blades covered for when I grab my computer and go, I don't have to worry whether wires fell against fans during transit. I occasionally zip-tie wires to them if I can't route it cleanly.

Well made fan guard!! Black screws were even included! Fits perfectly on my NOCTUA NF-A14 5V FAN. Looks very nice too. I purchased these guards to protect the fan blade, & my fingers from getting zinged by the blades.
