Ideal for ease in handling dough
I like that this has a handle perpendicular to the blade. Makes this more comfortable and more ergonomic to use with dough than a standard bench scraper. Extremely sturdy one piece molded construction, for some reason makes this tool easier and more efficient to cut through dough than steel blade scrapers. Easy to clean.

Perfecto!
This is perfect for scraping that dough! Making the perfect pizza dough is a must and this helps! The packaging was strange as it was in just a plain envelope with a plastic bag as wrapping. Simple, but not what I usually see! Kudos for simplicity!
