I wasn't so sure this would do the job, but I took a chance. Last week, I went on a fishing trip when it was very windy. I had to boil some water for coffee, so I put this around my butane burner and had my doubts. I was ecstatic when this effectively blocked the wind and allowed my water to boil very quickly. When I say it was very windy, the wind was blowing at 15 MPH with gusts to 25 MPH. This did the job so much better than I had hoped for. I recommend this product wholeheartedly!!!

I used this product with a couple of alcohol stoves and even when the flames were hitting the screen, it didn’t get very hot. There are a couple of hooks that click together if you want it enclosed. I even used it as a heat shield against a small electric heater that I used in my tent at night. Highly recommended!

I feel there’s not a whole lot to mess up on this kind of product. But the panels are a solid metal, the hinges seem quite strong, and it does help mitigate the effect that wind can have on a stove flame.

I received used and dirty product. When I want to return it, it shows return are not accepted.

I am very happy with this windscreen. I use it with my butane camp stove, and it works exactly as needed.
