My husband loves this shirt. We bought a bunch of SPF shirts for Costa Rica. He wore it in the water and sun and it was great at protecting his skin!

I am 6ft and 170lbs. Amazon recommended a medium based on my measurements. I opted for a size bigger to large. Fits perfectly although the medium wud have fit as well. Depends whether u want a looser fit or more of a ‘perfect‘-size fit.
