Love the long handles
Great to serve fajitas in.....cast iron makes you look good when ur fajitas come out sizzlingand smells killer. I've tried it for cooking other foods and it works well. Also this can detour a burglarjust one swat on their head and they won't come back LOL

Best Oval Pan for Fish
I had an old oval fish style skillet that was too small so I decided to give this one a try. I am very impressed with the quality and the design. The long handle is a nice touch. Perfect grill skillet. Also a very big plus is that this is NOT made in China like pretty much all other similar skillets I found on Amazon.

The Little Pan that Could
I have owned all sorts of non-stick pans that don't last as well as cast iron pans like Wagner, Lodge, Field, etc. which have lasted and continue to work great. However, this little guy is my favorite; it heats up perfectly, is non-stick and is perfect for broiling things like burgers in the oven.

LOVE this pan
Solid weight but very easy to handle. The handle itself has a nice length and shape.My favorite use for this pan is for omelets or especially frittatas...same idea but a frittata's baked in the oven and the filling's blended in with the eggs (And it's not flipped.) It's also fine for a couple eggs and 2-4 sausage patties or links.

Heavy cast iron. Great for every day use.
I use this for making omelettes and stir fry, and grilled cheese sandwiches etc.. I really like the way cast iron holds the heat and cooks evenly. Read the instructions regarding the conditioning of cast iron. It will rust if you do not condition it and follow the care directions.

Calidad, funcicionalidad y buen precio
El producto es de muy buena calidad, las medidas son optimas para uso de un comensal o para compartir algún platillo. Se mantiene caliente por largo tiempo. Fácil de limpiar tomando en cuenta las recomendaciones de un sartén de hierro. Lo volveré a comprar sin duda.
