Not bad at all, could be better... (Updated below)
For starters, I purchased the AiBook 10. It came with an Intel Celeron N4120 processor, 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 128 eMMC Storage, pre-loaded with Windows 11 Home. Additionally, it came with a detachable keyboard/screen cover.I needed a new windows tablet to replace my old RCA Cambio tablet that is now pushing 7 years old and struggling with basic operation tasks. I was nervous in my purchase of the AiBook 10 as I had never even heard of AWOW before, but overall, I am generally happy with my purchase, though like I said, I think it could be better. While generally responsive, I have found that sometimes the RAM or CPU utilization will randomly spike to 100% for various background tasks. Also, while it is a thin and light tablet, for which I am grateful for having, the back panel can rapidly heat up, leading to it being uncomfortable to hold and making me question whether the N4120 is thermo-throttling - I feel this could have been avoided with using more of a full metal case/body and I personally would be willing to sacrifice a little more weight for the potential performance boost/system stability that would achieve. Future iterations should consider using a FHD display (1920x1080) as opposed to the current (1280x800) and consider a more standard power supply such as high speed micro USB or even USB type C, instead of the generic barrel pin charger. I also have my doubts regarding the advertised battery life and find that it has closer to a 5-hour battery life. My final complaint is that the magnets that keep the detachable keyboard mounted to the tablet and magnet strip that raise the keyboard for more ergonomic typing are laughably weak, and in general just picking the tablet up by its frame is enough to almost completely detach the keyboard.I wish mine would have come with an active stylus as I do like using it in a more traditional tablet role from time to time. I also think that there is a problem with my number 4 key and how it is seated in its slot. The kickstand was pleasantly surprising, and I have found it to be both firm and flexible in its range of motion. The ports have all be responsive and I have had no issues with them. I use a memory card in the TF card slot and have found that to be quite responsive with my system, as well as using a USB wireless mouse when I need to.Overall, I am happy with having a Windows tablet, and having got it on sale, I was exceedingly happy with the price as compared to the big names in the Windows tablet market (Microsoft and Dell) where in almost all cases I was paying a fraction of the price for double the (on paper) specs. It generally runs well, and while there is room for improvement, I think it's a worthwhile alternative compared to the mainstream market for general computer tasks such as web browsing, word processing, and is even capable of lite gaming.Update: After about 4 month the tablet is died. Cannot load the OS, trapped in a boot loop.

Great price for this computer
I purchased this computer for school, and I'm glad I did. It's the perfect size for carrying around the campus. You can take notes easily using the magnetic pen. The fact the it can be used as a table or lab top is a plus. I will definitely be recommending this product to others.

Tablet
This tablet was nice but it stopped turning on after it was charged. Customer service was wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and were able to refund my money because it stopped working and it has a 1 year warranty.4 stars because it was a lot of work to return and wanted tablet to last longer

Maybe save your money
Owned less than two months and the left side of the display has started flickering on and off. Contacted tech support and never received a response. Loved this computer up until this started. Really disappointed.Edited to add: the above problem went away with a reinstall of windows 11 but the sound completely disappeared. 3 months in, still no response from customer service!!!

There is a serious problem with this tablet and windows 11
I like this tablet, but after having a serious problem come to mind once upgrading to Windows 11, I will most likely be returning it.I upgraded to Windows 11 and my microphone disappeared, tried everything to get it back but no go. This is a game changer because without a Micophone you cannot record video with sound, nor do voice searches in google, among several other probems. I checked, and this is a common issue with this brand of tablet. The seller recommends we revert back to Windows 10, which is fine, and I did, but once we revert back once then go to 11 again, that's it, we must keep 11. Problem is, Microsoft is only going to support windows 10 till 2025, so in a few years we will have to go to Windows 11, and if the microphone problem is not fixed, we end up with a tablet that has several problems due to the microphone issue. IOW, in 2025, IMO, this tablet could be all but worthless to some of us.I paid good money for a good solid tablet that will last for years, and truth is, it seems that it is a quality item that will last, but that will do me no good if there is no microphone, and we have no guarantee the issue will be fixed by the time we are forced to upgrade to Windfows 11.The options as I see them are, cross your fingers and hope the mic issue is fixed, and that is a good possibility. If it is not fixed, you can only revert to windows 10 once, so do not upgrade until the time is up on support for 10, then try 11 and if it's still broke, go back to 10 and do the required work arounds for using an unsupported OS until if or when 11 is fixed. Remember, if you use up your one opportunity and can't revert back to ten, and if the mic problem is not fixed in 11, you will have to purchase 10, to go back and have full use of your computer. Hope all that is clear...I did my best.Anyway, not only something to seriousely consider, but very dissapointing, because, again, I like this tablet, and, unless I'm convinced otherwise, I think mine is going back.
