The Apple iPad is great, working perfectly. I am very please with my purchase from this seller. The iPad was in excellent condition, like new. There were absolutely no signs of wear, the screen had no scratches, the shell was perfect and after using it the past two weeks it seems to be operating as if it were brand new. If you're interested in saving some money buying a renewed apple product, I highly recommend this seller! The iPad seems perfectly brand new. Very nice. It did come with only a 1000ma charger, which will charge a phone, but not something larger. I had a 1 amp one, which worked slowly. I purchased a 2.5 amp charger, which works well. Perhaps the people who report a nonworking device are using the 1000ma charger, which will not have enough power to get it working.

My first time buying a renewed product and I like the concept but this first experience was not positive. The item arrived very fast and in great shape. It charged up, turned on and I was able to transfer data from my old ipad to the new one. And then...it went dark. All attempts to bring it back failed and it would just freeze with the apple icon on the screen. Attempts were made to the seller for tech help but nothing worked. Disappointed that the seller was never available to talk to by phone. They only texted and emailed me suggestions. However, they were very prompt with providing a refund when I returned the product. Would have liked to have saved some money with a renewed product and from other reviews it sounds like it is possible, but I got a dud and will most likely pay the money for a brand new one.

I went with the renewed iPad Pro 9.7” 256 GB in Space Grey for grad school and use in the medical field. I paid $377.77 for the iPad. I had a couple issues and opted to handle it myself rather than contacting and working with the seller - the rating doesn’t necessarily reflect their customer service. Shipping and delivery was extremely fast. When the item arrived it had some cosmetic damage to one of the corners (probably visible by the arbitrary “arm length” rule) but the screen was perfect and the corner would be covered in the case that it would live in. Not a big deal. The battery arrived with 12% life rather than the 80%. It also died within 10 minutes. I don’t believe this reflects lack of charging attempt by the seller as much as it does the condition of the battery itself. I followed Apple troubleshooting for the battery. I updated the iOS. The charger that arrived doesn’t have a brand and didn’t seem to charge well; I bought a new charger for $50 (which I had already planned on buying anyway) and the iPad charged but would still die within an hour when at 100%. Today I brought it to the Apple Store to have them replace the battery. I explained that I had bought it on Amazon Renewed. They evaluated it and determined the battery was, in fact, junk. However, for $99 they were able to give me a brand new iPad (the same model). Yes, this was a bit of a hassle but I’m sitting here with a brand new iPad Pro for $478.99 I can live with that.

iPad was in great condition, only 1-2 very minor scratches, and everything is very responsive!

Well I finally got it a week ago and if you want to buy one go somewhere else this iPad doesn’t work it will only show a Apple symbol on the screen that’s it and then the charger is defective it has not worked since the beginning that’s why they are selling it for so cheap look on Amazon the and search other ones that are the exact ones that I have and you will see that it’s not as much money of the other ones why was this one cheaper than the other ones search google and search iPad Pro tablet with 256gb 9.7 inch and search this site you will see that so because I can’t use it it’s like a screensaver of the Apple symbol they have done this more than once and I know that there’s no way to get my money back because it’s not able to be returned I’ve tried already also some marks like burn marks on the back but you can see what I got delivered to me you can see in the first picture you can see the burn marks and on the front that’s on the second picture so don’t get ripped off

I understand it's 'renewed' but it came in very bad shape and the jack for earphones broken and not working; it wasn't in the description... I'll try to set up it and see how the battery is and if everything is working properly with the Bluetooth connection and apple pen but it's not starting well...

get it quick before expected date. Works as expected. No issues.
