The sizes are not clear whether these are for big or small girls. My daughter wears a size girls 6x or 7/8 for growth.She is 6. What do you recommend?

Big girls... my wife wears XL and just told me get 3 more... totaling 6. She wears them every day in the winter, and skin tight (she is 4'9 and 90ish pounds). She loves the different colors.
