I use this chair on my hikes along our creek. It comes in an attractive heavy nylon bag. For having 4 feet, with large pads, and a sturdy swivel, weighs surprisingly little and is easy to carry. I needed a low seat, 15 inches, for my 5'10" frame. When sitting, my knees are about an inch above the hips, perfect for use in my hunting blind. The back actually does support. The problem with my old tripod hunting chair was that the feet sank in soft soil. It was nice to not have to reset this chair in search of a firmer spot. Being able to swivel makes getting out of and into my hunting position much easier. It folds up compact, is sturdy, and the nylon material heavy. I'm throwing away my old seat to be replaced by a 2nd one of these.

I can’t use other hunting chairs in my blind because they sit too tall and I have to hunch down. But this chair is the perfect height to get the shot through the windows. It is lower to the ground so if you can’t get out of a chair easily then this chair isn’t for you. I’m a pretty big guy and my bottom fits fine in this chair. But if you’re worried about lots of room for your bottom then this chair isn’t for you either. I can sit on this chair all day, but I do wish someone would make a wider swivel chair that has adjustable height to go shorter. But until then this is the best option I have found for hunting in a blind

I'm giving it a stars because it is sturdy and seems to swivel nicely. So far mine is quiet. Like many reviews noted it is quite low to the ground. The backrest posts are also narrower than my other favorite tripod stools so will have a tendency to dig into your back when you lean back. For reference, I'm 5'5" but do have a wide chest. I considered returning it but came up with solution. My turkey vest has a removable seat pad that is about 1 1/2" thick. I set this on top of the seat and it does 2 things. First it raises me up to a comfortable level and secondly it puts me up higher on the backrest supports where my chest is narrower. It's not bad like this at all.

This seems a steady chair, but not made for comfort on big guys. I am 6'0" and 290 lbs. The front leg post pokes right in a very uncomfortable place. And not enough seat to be able to adjust away from it.

Worth the money. Folds up for easy storage, comfortable enough to stay seated for extended periods. Very good quality.

I didn't like the position of the seat back. Pushed you forward so that you couldn't lean back. It was uncomfortable. Also, the seat was too low so that it was hard to get up.
