Very nice trunk size which is convenient for stacking packing cubes. Convenient size between a medium and a large.

Luggage is just luggage, but there are some things about this piece that I love and wanted to quickly rave about: - The color means I always find my bag immediately -- I have yet to see the same bag, given how much I travel. - The compartments are nice and of good quality. You see some companies cut corners on the interior, so it was nice to see the quality on the inside as well. - Polycarbonate shell means this baby is super durable, and has held up great this past year. - The wheels! The are super smooth and seem to be holding up great as well. - The handle is strange, but I've gotten used to it. - MOST IMPORTANTLY: I can max this bag out, and still still stay under domestic weight limits. That means this is the biggest bag I can max out without having to worry about extra fees. That peace of mind is everything. The value is solid as well, especially after a year's use. Would definitely recommend!

I love these cases! They aren't much bigger than a medium sized regular shaped luggage case but because of their design fit so much more in them. I love the wheel design, it's so smooth rolling. The t-shape handle is very comfortable to grab and use. So far only one long trip, but they are well built and I think they will be quite durable. The zippers move smoothly and seem good as well.

I’ve owned my previous luggage for almost 20 yrs and it lasted until the handle fell off. Other than that, it stood the test of time. Then I bought the 26” Ultimax II Trunk Spinner. With one flight from Orange County to Denver, this luggage was damaged. I was told by Amazon to contact Travel Pro. The first woman I spoke to in customer service was extremely nice and told me how to file a warranty claim with their company. I did this on July 2, 2025. Ten weeks later, not one bit of communication from Travel Pro. I emailed them on September 7, 2025. They finally replied today and said I was missing one photo they needed of a tag in their liner. I replied to them that there was no such tag and attached photos as proof. Literally 16 minutes after I responded to their email this afternoon, they came back and said my claim was denied. So in 16 minutes they made the decision after making me wait 10 weeks with no communication. Absolutely horrible customer/warranty service. And …this luggage is crap. How can it get damaged on one flight? There’s a puncture in the shell and a large gash. I’ve never had to file a claim for damaged luggage in my life. I will never buy from this company again due to their sub par product and absolutely horrible customer service after filing the claim. Buy at your own risk!!!

I can’t speak much to the people who have had a terrible experience with this luggage because it seems like they’ve been given poorer quality than the one I purchased back in 2023. I love the one I have and it has survived to and from Rome (2023) and most recently Morocco (2025); I’m not a light packer by any means or delicate in my use. If I was able to guarantee that the quality would be the exact same as the one I currently have I would 1000% get it again. I’ve considered by another just to have because I’ve liked it so much, though the recent reviews I’ve seen honestly give me pause, it could be worth a try. If you’re leery then get the insurance to cover yourself a little more. Best of luck!
