Products are warm and I’m sure our skinny pig will appreciate how cozy they feel. There was only a slight issue with one of the loops on the tunnel being sewn incorrectly and not being able to get the clip to go through the loop as the others did. I think it only really matters if you were using for a rat or a ferret and needed to hang it up in an enclosure. Since we just wanted it to be anchored to the wall it wasn’t a big deal.

It’s a lot bigger then I expected. I’m sure the dimensions are listed on the product page but I didn’t take notice when I ordered. I haven’t had this for very long but so far my Sugar Gliders enjoy it! The stitching on the seams are nice and tight which is important for little critters that have sharp fragile nails that can easily get caught on certain types of fabric or tiny openings in the fabric.

The hammock is very cute material is very soft the hammock is very big the only thing I wish the material was much more stronger because my favorites ate through it the first day.. it doesn’t glow in the dark like it says but still cute..

Yeah as far as the product it’s good quality I have yet to see it glow in the dark though Which sort of disappoints me I thought about returning it But the product is actually very nice I just wish it did put it advertised that’s my only issue

My ratties love this an how warm an soft it is . The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't glow in the dark as stated in the add no matter how much light I gave it.

Missing hook to hang it up with which is a 100% necessity for its function. Luckily I have a spare so I have to spend the time & energy returning & to get another one. But bottom line this product shouldn't have come missing pieces!

So soft and high quality. Bought this for my rat, and he absolutely loves it. I am going to buy a second one!!!

We ordered the tunnel and double hammock. It’s good material and really easy to wash. DOES NOT GLOW. At all, no matter how much light you put on it. So don’t get your hopes up on that front.
