I have POTS so my heart rate spikes too fast for my smart watch to give quick real time readings in emergency situations so this is perfect to keep in my purse. I really like that it comes with a silicone case and it doesn't effect the button usage. The color is more of a light lavender and the lanyard color matches. All you do is push the button and it starts reading. It turns off by itself when you take it off. The display is bright and easy to see. Fits great. Nice and snug. And I really appreciate the little silicone cover that comes with it so that the plastic isn’t slippery with your fingers and it doesn’t get beat up as bad in the drawer or on the nightstand with a lot of other medical equipment that gets tossed around.

I'm very glad to have this around. It's really useful for when you're sick - you can easily check your oxygen levels and know whether you need to head to the doctor over them or not. An unexpected plus, too, is that I've found it helpful for when I'm having major anxiety of any kind - I find being able to pop it on and see that my heart rhythm and oxygen are normal, and that actually helps me calm down a little more, like I'm not so bad off. Anyway, I think it's just a very useful addition to a person's first aid and personal care toolbox.
